The Astral Planes and Extraterrestrials in the Sanskrit Texts

Mahar an 'extraplanetary world'

The existence of many worlds is described in the ancient Sanskrit texts, the Mahabharata and the Puranas. These worlds are termed LOKAS in Sanskrit.

The world where the humans live is formed by four spheres called Bhur, Bhuvar, Svar, and Mahar.

-Bhur is the earth

-Bhuvar the atmosphere

-Svar the planetary world

-Mahar an extraplanetary world

The French scholar and metaphysical author Alain Danielou in his classic 'While the Gods Play' suggests that this extraplanetary world Mahar is the world we attribute to the extraterrestrials.

Danielou says that it is in,

"Mahar that some men will find refuge at the time of the catastrophe that will destroy the entire species at the end of the Kali Yuga."

He quotes from the Linga Purana:

"When the dissolution of the world seems imminent, some people abandon the earth during the last days of the Kalpa and take refuge in the world of Mahar [the extraplanetary world] and from there will return to the 'world of life' (jana-loka)."

Danielou states that these few humans who survive the holocaust will be the progenitors of the future humanity.

"Seven humanities must again succeed each other on earth, and when the Golden Age [Satya Yuga] reappears, seven sages will emerge to again teach the divine law to the survivors… [Shiva Purana]"

Thus we are assured of 'world without end' and the continuation of the human DNA with its unique ability to achieve God-Consciousness Enlightenment through the activation of the seven chakras, which allow access to all the worlds, the spectrum of all frequency waveforms.

This chakra system mechanism permits us to enjoy and experience all the possible worlds - from the highest most pure immortal and angelic to the darkest vile demonic - and is said to be envied by the extraterrestrials.

In fact it has been said that the reason for the Grey's hybridization efforts is the retrieve this capacity for all inclusive spiritual experiences back into their own DNA, which they programmed out eons ago because of excess and abuse.

Connecting with God-Consciousness always necessitates purity, vigilance, and walking the Razor's Edge.

Endless Worlds

The Kashmir Shaivite Abhinavagupta [990-1015 A.D. Kashmir] was not only a great saint, but also an exceptional intellectual genius.

This is an excerpt from the 8th Chapter of Abhinavagupta's Tantra Loka as illumined by the Kashmir Shaivite saint and scholar Swami Lakshmanjoo:

Swami Lakshmanjoo:

But Abhinavagupta afterwards concludes that,

"I have experienced in my samadhi one hundred and eighteen worlds, (but) I don't know if there are more worlds also created, which are outside my consciousness, outside my reach."

So there is possibility of more worlds also, existing everywhere.

You must see what is created... (laughs)... you must see what is created by God and then you put your I consciousness in that and then you will come to know the vastness of that Godconsciousness.

He will experience the vastness of God consciousness.

So this orbit of space is most necessary subject…

So the point of the measuring this universe is to insert your consciousness.

Insert your consciousness in that.

In that vastness.

What is universe... what is everything?

You must know, what is everything. Everything is not only your country in which you are existing. Everything is everything! Whatever is existing, whatever is not existing in your consciousness, that is everything.

What is existing in your consciousness? One hundred and eighteen worlds. What is not existing in your consciousness? It is beyond one hundred and eighteen worlds.

What is to be done then afterwards, when you know what actually universe is?

By this we understand that this universe is indeed inhabited by many beings in many worlds.

How can we deny this when 500 billion galaxies have now been seen by astronomers?

However, there is a balance, a fine subtle line of balance to be found in both the awareness that there are thousands of other beings and varieties of life forms throughout the universe - while simultaneously realizing that we are not to bow-down-and-worship these entities, no matter how much more advanced their technology may be.

We will not be served by worshiping beings with bodies of light who come in inter-dimensional space-craft, or even on magnificent golden wings.

We are best served by loving and finding our sole refuge in the God-within our own Heart.

The 'Pitaram' the progenitors of mankind…

The sciences of the ancient Rishis, the Seers who composed the Rig Veda - and likewise the beings who colonized our planet Earth - was not mere physics, not Newtonian or quantum, and although the concepts of plasma may be getting closer, not even plasma physics as currently understood.

The science and physics of our progenitors, the Pitaram as they are known in Sanskrit, was and is based within primordial metaphysics.

The 'Pitaram' are the progenitors of mankind and are said to inhabit the Bhuvar region of the air and orbit the Moon as regents of the Naksatras Maghâ (29˚Sagittarius to 9˚Capricorn) and Mûla (29˚Leo - 9˚Virgo) in the heavens above us.

Impenetrable protecting Veils

I do not believe that the ETs are all evil, neither are they all good.

Some definitely appear to have self-serving unpleasant toxic-to-humans agendas. However if they wanted to destroy us, they could have done so long ago.

I do feel these secret black projects that were formed to build useless weapons to defend earth from these entities, have had unintended consequences and caused real pain, confusion and suffering to the very humans I hope they were initially meant to protect.

The need to accumulate incredible sums of money to fund these projects has resulted in a loss of trust, a proliferation of the worst kind of greed and malfeasance in economics, and perhaps the breakdown of western civilization itself.

In seeking to save us, have our misguided short-sighted leaders led us to the edge of the Abyss - and in the process, perhaps proving that we earthlings do not deserve this jewel of a planet after all?

God's ultimate Secrets are eternally sealed and protected…

We need not concern ourselves that any group will ever be able to master a technology that could disturb the Creator's Divine Plan, the warp and weave of this universe.

For God's ultimate Secrets are eternally sealed and protected in Veils that repel all lower states of fear, tyranny and greed consciousness.

Only those who have evolved to embrace the understanding that 'All are the One' can lift the timeless layers of Veils, the impenetrable Wall that keeps secret and safe ultimate Truth.

Spiritual Hierarchies:

"Far from being contained in any of them…"

"Beyond all the states" meaning the Myriad Realms, spiritual hierarchies, angelic, astral plane entities, ETs, etc.

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad, I.iv.10:

And to this day, [those] who… know the self as I am Brahman [the One], become all this universe.

Even the gods [any other dimensional beings] cannot prevent his becoming this, for he has become their Self.

…if a man worships another deity thinking: He is one and I am another, he does not know. He [who does not know] is like a sacrificial animal to the gods. As many animals serve a man, so does each man serve the gods.

Even if one animal is taken away, it causes anguish to the owner; how much more so when many are taken away!

Therefore it is not pleasing to the gods that men should know this [that they are the One].

Rene Guenon explains the verse thus:

The being who has become Liberated from the bonds of temporal illusion, possesses all states of the Absolute [the One] in all their degrees 'because they are integral elements of his totalization.'

In reality those who have reached Union and are Liberated are really 'beyond all the states and far from being contained in any of them, contains them all within himself' and in no way is affected by their conditions.

This is precisely what Krishna says in the Bhagavad Gita IX.4 and 5, in his rather puzzling riddle-like statement:

"This whole universe is strung on Me [the One] and pervaded by Me in My Unimanifest aspect. All beings abide in Me; I do not abide in them. And yet beings do not abide in Me.

Behold my divine supernal power of yoga! While sustaining the creatures and giving them being, my Self is not confined to any of them."

Swami Muni Narayana Prasad translates these two mysterious verses as:

"This changeful world is pervaded by Me; I am the one reality that is here described as 'indistinct' (avyakta).

However, though all has come into being exists in Me, my being is not found in them. Yet beings have no existence in Me. This all-reigning yoga-state of Mine, you will have to perceive intuitively.

Though reigning over all-apparent forms causing their emergence, My self-being is not in them."

Become the Liberated!

Rene Guenon concludes his reflections on the Spiritual Hierarchies by saying that the being who has achieved Liberation in life, jivan mukta, becomes essentially unconditioned, since all conditions exist for him in their illusory mode and have not effect on his consciousness, which is joined in God-Consciousness.

The appearance of form may continue, in other words we may remain in our data-collecting vehicle for a time.

The Samkhya Karika of Ishvara Krishna compares this period to a potter's wheel that continues,

'to rotate for a while even though the potter has ceased from action, owing to the momentum of past impulses of the action. When, however, in the course of time, the impulse is exhausted, it becomes inactive…

Because of the momentum of this impulse, the Spirit continues to inhabit the body for a while.'

Rene Guenon:

"[The Liberated ones] remain equally 'unaffected' by all the other contingencies, to whatever state, individual or supra-individual, that is, formal [meaning in form] or nonformal, they refer in the order of manifestation, which in itself is fundamentally only the sum of all contingences."

The Liberated become the Self of All!

ET-Astral Manipulation of Third-Dimensional Planet Earth Through the Cycles of Time

Keep mind that everything is Isness, the One, the Presence, everything is a temporal illusory hologram and no Loka world is more real than another.

As we move through the Cycles of Time, these beings that are invisible to our current five-sense perception play their part in holding us in the illusion that becomes more powerful, solid and dense as time moves through out the cycles leading up to the Twilight of the Kali Yuga - now.

There are many beings of varying states of consciousness that for literally millions of years have interacted with this planet. Some might call them gods, while others may know them as etheric beings or perhaps extraterrestrials - a word that only means not of this earth, extra-terra.

The Sanskrit Puranas describe these worlds.

"The stars in the form of constellations are mentioned along with the planets wherein are situated the residences of the gods who have performed meritorious acts."

[VAYU PURANA 1.93]

There are seven higher worlds and seven lower worlds in Hindu metaphysics.

These LOKA worlds reflect a wide spectrum of consciousness, as they are made up of specific frequencies of waveforms. Perhaps the demon worlds of the Sanskrit Puranic texts, the anti-gods, the Asuras and Raksasas, are reptoid or Borg-like extraterrestrials.

The VAYU Purana contains amazingly detailed descriptions of an eighth world, dazzling and bejeweled, inhabited by hybrid beings, meaning for example half-lion and half-human.

Chapter 39

[230] Beyond Brahmaloka and beneath the upper crust of the Cosmic Egg - in between these two is the PURA (Shiva's city), his divine abode MANOMAYA (consisting of the mind).

[238] The city shines much with scattered diamond dust.

These worlds are light from within, meaning their reality does not consist of reflected light, as does our solid five-sense material world.

[239-42] … there are divine lotuses… made of gold… their inner surfaces are very tender. The lotuses covering up the whole place seem to be so many umbrellas.

Are these gold umbrellas some sort of protective technology? Are these beings vulnerable to Cosmic Rays, Gamma and X-Rays as we are?

[260-263] Some [of the inhabitants] are… horse-faced… a few have the faces of the lord of the beasts; other have faces and bellies like those of elephants, others are elephant-faced; a few are lion-faced and tiger-faced… others can assume any form they wish.

If this had been translated before today's science began to fool around with genetic manipulation, naturally these creatures would have been seen as 'mythology'.

The same images of human bodies with animal heads are sprinkled on the ancient Sumerian and Akkadian cuneiform tablets.

[264-266] Lord Mahesvara [the transcendent Lord Shiva] of ten arms sports therein… He is being respected and diligently worshipped by those people moving about in aerial chariots.

Evidently these gods have their own space ships!

The Phantasmal Hierarchies

As the frequencies continued to fall through the Cycles of Time, there emerged beings of both a higher and lower consciousness.

The various entities, some who are very compassionate and others tyrannical, began to project astral-world realms out into the hologram.

I have named these worlds the Phantasmal Hierarchies from the word phantasm, which according to the Oxford Etymological Dictionary of the English Language, 1974, means a spectre.

A phantasm-agora is a collection of spectres as shown by a magic lantern. These hierarchies are temporal illusions.

Down though time, the elaborate rituals of the Treta and Dvapara Yuga turned into belief systems. The beings involved projected an assortment of hierarchical worlds related to the specific frequencies generated by their thoughts.

Keep in mind that everything is a temporal illusory hologram and no world is any more 'real' than another.

Only Oneness is REAL.

With the creation of these Phantasmal Hierarchies, certain individual gods came to dominate others - and in a way, utilize their energy. Obviously these are not all beings of the highest consciousness, but they are a part of Oneness nevertheless and we have moved out of the golden era and the collective understanding and memory of our Oneness.

I suggest that many of these entities are the so-called extraterrestrials and are from lower Loka Worlds.

By exploiting the use of ritual, the manipulative tyrant beings pass themselves off as gods and trick us humans into worshipping them and giving them our energy.

By these occult, a term that simply means hidden, means these entities thus generated an abundant energy source that has been used to build the so-called astral worlds and enhance the splendor of the Phantasmal Hierarchies.

Perhaps you can equate this bow-down-and-worship practice with the act of giving up your own hard earned money. When you worship another you literally give up your power, your energy, your ability to think for yourself to whatever you worship.

God is within us all. The SELF/ATMA dwells in the Heart of everyone. So even though we may respect and love many - why would we worship any other than the God-within?

Now I would suggest that the idea of BHAKTI and the term devotion, as it is used by Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita, are very different from the concept of worship.

To me Bhakti Yoga implies Union, the act of becoming one with that which you already are. Worship might be defined as an act limited to energy focused on external entity - not the SELF/ATMA within - to achieve certain results.

Rituals can be very beautiful and can unite us in feeling, giving us an opportunity to express our Love for the Supreme Being.

But rituals are not meant to be a substitute for the experience and knowledge of Oneness. Rituals will tie you into the temporal illusory hologram, but not liberate you from it.

To make way for the return of the Golden Age, the Satya/Krita Yuga, we need to remember that God lies within the Heart of every man, woman and child.

In the Bhagavad Gita, Krishna very clearly disdains the practice of making sacrifices to achieve certain worldly results or to spend time in any of the heavenly realms.

He says that he cannot be seen with the aid of the Vedas, austerities, gifts, and sacrifices. He can only be seen through the practice of BHAKTI [Bhagavad Gita 33.11.52-55], which to me implies UNION, the act of becoming ONE with that which you already are and have always been.

To become One with the Self/ATMA that dwells in your Heart, you do not have to perform ritual sacrifices.

In the Uddhava Gita Krishna says that the wise understand that the rewards of heaven, which are promised by religious rituals are as transient as pleasures on earth. [Dialogue 14.18]

Even the higher heavenly worlds of the gods, rishis, seers, saints and angels are temporal:

…the rewards of those of little wit are ephemeral: God worshippers go to the Gods.

[Bhagavad Gita 29.7.23]

As an artist, I have loved and studied religious iconography all my life.

I love the images of religious faith and passion. And as someone who is naturally drawn to practice BHAKTI yoga, I love the representations of the gods in Hinduism and Buddhism.

I myself have many of these, but from my own experience I realize how easy it is to project my feelings into these images and then over time forget that they are only stone, wood and metal. I leave a part of myself there, waiting, and having thus externalized my consciousness, I neglect the SELF/ATMA within my own Heart.

A similar process takes place with the winners of fame, although perhaps on a less perilous level.

These days the public worships a wide spectrum of famous people from those who are rich and powerful, to rock stars and athletes. For example with film stars, people tend to see themselves in these wonderful actors and either love or hate them accordingly.

But in truth, the public does not know the actor - you only know what the directors and writers have projected into them, along with what you see of yourself in them. This ability to perform a wide spectrum of human nature is the actor's talent - but it is not who they are.

Only their close friends and family ever know them.

While it is lovely and uplifting to have ceremonies, rituals, and prayers to higher beings - it is crucial, especially in this moment in time, to remember the God-within, the SELF/ATMA.

We become as little children, to regain our primordial innocence - we do not wish to remain childish, forever waiting for parental care and handouts.

The nature of the Golden Age, the Satya Yuga, the Age of Truth, is that we all Remember who we are, we know that we are Oneness, and thus there is no reason to worship anything or anyone.

How can we move into a Golden Era when we are still externalizing our own God-SELF?

I hope I have made some clarification for you regarding the Myriad realms, the astral planes and the ETs. They are all temporal and cannot give you your own Enlightenment. Thus remove your focus in consciousness from them and turn within to the One that you are and have always been.

This One God-within you, that simultaneously pervades and permeates the entire universe, is waiting patiently to Love you and be Loved by you in sweet moments of Return Home.

This is Truth. Everything else is dissolving temporal Illusion.

ALL magic, occultism, and sacrificial rites for personal gain fall into the category of manipulating the Temporal Illusory Realms and are a complete waste of your time.

Unless you enjoy being one of those little silver balls in a pinball machine.

Just as laboring to acquire the Siddhic powers, that will unfold quite naturally as you evolve, is a waste of time and effort. Just as channeling ETs, spirits, and angels is nothing more than a time-pass.

How can they gift you with the enlightenment they themselves do not possess? Only the God-within you can bring you Home.

Withdraw from the objects of the senses, and turn your complete and total attention to the God-within your Heart. Sacrificing and renouncing your attachment to the temporal illusory hologram based onKnowledge of the Real will bring you liberation.

Why settle for the small results today or tomorrow, when the Eternal Oneness of Union awaits your call!

Are We All Extraterrestrials?

We are in this physical world, but we are not from this world.

It is important to understand that there is an evolution of Souls going on through the earthly experience, but also a development for every individual Soul. This is how the passage into higher and higher dimensions can be explained in simple terms.

There are many immature Souls on planet Earth, and also many misguided Souls. Other Souls do not possess the best intentions, or are simply controlled by beings without a body, whose intentions and evolutionary process are not commendable. Many dope addicts and alcoholics have this unfavorable trait as do many selfish and greedy people. Few humans, because of their inclinations or because of their immaturity allow unknowingly those beings to manipulate them from time to time. Those being I am referring to, are not yet developed as a Soul, nor a Higher Self or higher conscious awareness, only the mortal and limited intellect.

This is by no way a reproach towards them, since most Souls are going through a similar process of evolution on Earth, where beings are not born consciously aware, unlike on some other planets. Humans on Earth, because of heredity, do need conscious spiritual work on themselves in order to set themselves free from their genetic compromised DNA (and intelligence), and clear their karma in order to ascend to Higher Dimensions and levels of existence.

In other words, perhaps it would help to compare a developing Soul on Earth to that of one of Earth’s children. When the child grows, he develops certain physical attributes, but also awareness, his feelings and understanding, his brain and endocrine system are in formation. Souls undergoes a similar development, they needs various experiences to mature, and develop consciousness.

The Universe is in perpetual growth, creation never stops. Life comes under various forms, obeys various rules, there are as many possibilities as universes.

Your planet has a heavy history of genetic manipulation and experimentation. Your kind, the pure physical human kind, was developed around a Soul, in order to experience a 3d Dimension level of density, so Souls had in effect to descend down the octave of creation in order to experience duality. This occurred because of the Atlantis Fall of your civilization. However many of you have previously lived in much higher densities, but because of the fall, you had to learn to adapt to this 3d dimensional density, which was never meant to be your natural home.

Other Souls have also volunteered to experience life in lower densities, or were sent here from higher densities in order to further their understanding of your world or of their own world or simply in order to help our Creator on your world. These beings comes from a higher plane of existence, which is their natural habitat. None of you, who are reading these messages or have a deep spiritual need, have been created in the 3d dimension, and you long to return home, where you have been created, to a higher dimension.

The physical born beings will in time mature and become conscious enough to evolve into higher dimensions. These are the ones who are not aware of their Higher Self, but they are given the experience here in order to make them aware of their potential. This is a natural process for all Souls as all Souls will eventually make their journey back home towards our Creator.

It is important for you to comprehend also that although all humans look alike, their inner abilities vary greatly. Have you also considered the fact that some civilizations are so old and advanced that they can create soulless beings; such beings are called ‘clones’ or ‘things’ on your world. This technology is already available to your scientists, and they can create or copy a human body, such as one would grow a plant. However these beings do not possess a Soul, because they were not created by our Common Creator, but are the results of mechanical genetic engineering. This is another reason why some (few) humans would not have a Higher Self. While their external appearance is in no way different to that of ordinary humans, the Spark of divine Life and Consciousness is not inside of them. Those beings have mixed their mechanical genetic material with humans having a Soul, which has led to much DNA damage.

There are many animals which are in human form, but not all animals are beasts, nor are all beasts animals.

The Earth population is comprised of many Souls, with many different contracts, coming from various densities of consciousness.

What man mistakes for thinking is but an awareness of things sensed and recorded within the cells of his brain for repetitive usage through what is termed “memories.” Memories have no more relation to knowledge of Universal Mind which is in man, than a computer records are related to the source of their recordings. What he thinks of as his living body is but an obedient and motivated mechanics which simulates life through motion extended to it from its Soul which alone lives and wills the body to move. Your physical (Clay) body is terrestrial, but you, your Consciousness (Soul) is Extra-terrestrial.

Your Soul, that Consciousness which you are, is that which have a temporary physical experience for its own development. The body you use have a Conscious experience. But you are that Consciousness.

The physical world and anything in it cannot and never has created Conscious awareness. Intelligence like snakes and spiders, yes, but not Conscious awareness. Some people think that the human body which is flesh evolved a conscious awareness and Souls by some totally unexplained and totally un-proven method. Think of that for a minute.

Common sense tells us that it is not reasonably that the human sex act can create a Soul in the Creators image, since if it was so, we would not be creations of the Creator, but of our physical parent’s mortal primate bodies. The human body your physical parents gave you is the vehicle you use. But You are the Soul, created in the Creators image using the human body your parents made ready for you to use.

And if a Soul are pre-existent which it is, and can enter into a body at some time in the baby’s development, and then leave the body at when the body dies, then logic and reason tells us that the Soul can also enter twice? Or many more times?

All the physical effects in your life are only the effects of the thoughts of your Conscious mind. So-called sins and evil are not in the action of what your body do, but in the thoughts that come from what you think. Your Soul is accountable and will reap its own harvest. All the actions and words of your body are the effects of your thoughts.

Countless religious and cultural teachings as well as many different Philosophies commands us to do good, but sadly, goodness is still veiled like in a thick mist. Many Souls have been stumbling in darkness scraping their knees, but worry not, eventually they all learn to walk. Soon after this dark period we live in, there will be so much light that you will have to wear shades. New information and better comprehension periodically transforms mankind into more conscious beings and a new awareness cycle of thousands of year’s duration is now commencing.

The Creators omniscience, omnipotence and omnipresence are centred in the consciousness of each and every man; but there are only few who know of the Oneness of their Soul with the Creator. Man requires millennia to become aware of that. Each cycle brings him nearer to awareness of his Oneness with the Light.

Mankind lives in a bewildering complex world of Effects of which he don’t know the original Cause. Because of its seemingly infinite multiplicity and complexity, he fails to see or visualize the simple underlying principle of all things. He complicates truth and half-truths until its many angles, sides and facets have lost balance with each other and with him.

All knowledge exists and is available. All knowledge will come to mankind in its own season as needed. Enlightened Souls and messengers periodically come and give such Universal knowledge, but only as man is able to comprehend it and only that he can bear at the moment, for man is just beginning to comprehend the wholeness. When mankind knows Enlightenment he will know no limitations, but man must know the Light within himself. He must want to know and to experience it himself and no-one can tell him otherwise, for Light knows Light intuitively.

Mankind is aware of some of these illusions, but he is not aware of the fact that all effects are not what they seem to be. He is thus misled into forming conclusions which have no relation to Nature and reality whatsoever. An intelligent person have only knowledge of the effect, but all real knowledge and understanding lies in the cause. New fundamental laws and principles must be based upon knowledge of the Cause.

What little knowledge man has acquired during these last few thousand years has been given to him by the very few geniuses, prophets, mystics and other messengers of the Light who have come to re-inspire mankind with their insight and knowledge.

From these rare few, the beginnings of our culture have sprung. Without them there would be no understanding of beauty in this materialistic world.

Without grasp of beauty man would still be barbarian. Through beauty alone will he gradually become consciously aware of his oneness with the Light? When man knows the Light he will know all things. Today, that Light is so dim in all men that no one, perhaps only a few, has as yet fathomed the secret of Light, life, Love, growth, reincarnation and the third wave of Souls entering now.

The great unanswered questions of man has simple answers. The Silent Voice within every man is ceaselessly whispering it to his awakening consciousness. Every desire written upon the heart of man is carried to the Source of the original cause, and its answer will come, but only few ask from their heart and fewer still who hear. Many are the ages of preparation for worthiness, for man’s consciousness is insulated from his Source by the sensations of his pre-conditioned intellect and his selfish personal Self which he wrongly thinks of as being his Mind. What man calls his objective human mind/intellect is mortal and the seat of information absorption and a multitude of vibrating sensations of his mortal body.

What he calls his subjective mind is his sub-consciousness, his spiritual storehouse of memory of all-knowledge, all power, and all-presence. That consciousness is his individual Self, his ETERNAL Self through which his omniscience, omnipresence and omnipotence are expressed as he slowly becomes aware of their presence within him.

The electrically vibrating nerve-wires which operate his bodily mechanism act almost entirely through automatic reflexes and instinctive control, and to a very little extent through mental decisions. Each cell and organ of his body has an electrical awareness of its purpose and each fulfils that purpose without any mental action

Whatsoever upon the part of the Intelligence which occupies that body. The heartbeat, for example, is purely automatic. The white corpuscles of the blood rush to repair an injury to the body as automatically as a bell rings when a button is pushed.

In this body and its electric recording brain, man thinks that he thinks and lives, loves and dies. He thinks himself conscious while awake and unconscious when sleeping; unaware that in all Nature there is no such condition as unconsciousness when sensation ceases in sleep.

Man does not say that his tooth is unconscious when it is put to sleep by short-circuiting the electric current in the nerve-wire which gives sensed electrical awareness to his tooth. He knows that his tooth cannot be conscious, but he does not know that his body cannot be

Conscious. Nor does he yet know that consciousness never sleeps, and never changes, for consciousness in man is his immortality.

Man is still new. He is barely out of the dark of his jungle of ignorance. For the million or more years of his unfolding he has relied upon sensation for his actions and the evidence of his senses for his knowing. Few has been aware of the spirit (Life force, Conscious awareness) in them only a few thousand years.

In this beginning of his new awareness he is confused, not knowing which is Mind in him, which is consciousness in him and which is sensation. He has not yet learned that bodies are but Self-created

Mechanisms which manifest their centering Self, and that Self manifests the Creator as One with it. Likewise he has not yet learned that bodies neither live nor die, (ashes to ashes) but repeat themselves continuously and forever as all idea of Mind likewise repeats itself.

Free will is a gift to everybody from our Creator, in by following orthodox religions, scriptures, manmade systems, having blind faith, or admiring individual orators blindly without pondering and wondering if the information you get is real, truthful, or not, many have abdicated their free will to the will of others by being followers and joiners. They become the effects of other people instead of making their own cause by being creative, just like the Creator. (Like being loving co-creators). Think, make up your own mind about what is real and good and what is not.

There is so much good in all of us, so use it lavishly and un-selfishly toward everybody, but don’t be naïve or gullible. If something doesn’t make sense, it is non-sense. If you don’t search, you won’t find. Light will not come from others, it comes from within your own consciousness, it is already there waiting to escape.

There is no dead, ever. The body was never alive, it is a created machine that gets the life force and instructions from the Soul consciousness that uses it, temporarily. Yes we are extraterrestrials.

How Celestials Are Helping Humanity Prepare for Extraterrestrial Contact and World Peace

Celestials are defined as beings able to move through space-time without any kind of physical technology.

The have attained high states of “unity consciousness” and have been witnessed together with service-to-other or ethically evolved extraterrestrial races.

This paper gives a number of examples of celestials using a typology of civilizational evolution first developed by the Soviet Astronomer Nikoli Kardashev in 1964, and later popularized by Michio Kaku.

Celestials are argued to belong to a Type IV civilization that can tap into an unseen universal energy grid, and are best described as a universal brotherhood.

It’s an honor to present my research to a conference dedicated to World Peace and recognizing that humanity is not alone, and is being helped by an unseen universal brotherhood.

So thank you to the conference organizers for inviting me to speak, and opportunity to share my research on the contribution of exopolitics to World Peace.

It’s always pleasant to speak at conferences such as this because you can share insights about what it is you are seeing and feeling around you. What I’m seeing is something to be really excited about.

There’s a fundamental transition that we are about to witness in slow motion. The transition is “reconnection” - reconnection with the Universe.

We have been living for thousands of years as a pretty isolated planetary culture. We really have been very insular - look at the history books. What do the history books write about? Go back to the ancient Greeks, the ancient Persians, the Romans, the Ottoman Empire, the Chinese and so forth. History is very limited to the recorded events of a select number of civilizations on this planet. Our history is much richer, however, much older, and it is Cosmic! It’s Galactic! It goes beyond the planet.

It’s been hidden from us for a long time.

This is why it’s so exciting because I am witnessing changes in slow motion. Like many of the audience, we want things to change quickly. We only have 30, 40 or 50 years, or so to really contribute to life around us with our ideas and energy. We want things to happen quickly, and we want it to happen in that period when we can see them. The changes I’m speaking about are going to happen within the next few years.

Within the next decade, I am very confident that we will transition from an isolated planetary culture into a galactic culture. What I’m going to give you today is really a kind of a snapshot into what lies ahead. It’s really exciting, and something to look forward to because we’ve got a lot of friends out there in the galaxy.

We have a lot of friends, but we’ve forgotten them. We don’t know who they are so in a way I hope that I can reintroduce some of you to our galactic friends.

Those that have been helping us from the sidelines, and supporting us as we move forward in a very dark period in our collective consciousness. This is an experience for humanity where we have chosen to experience a dark night of the soul - collectively! With any dark night, however, it ends eventually. We are now going to experience a wonderful awakening which involves reconnection with our Galactic family. So that’s what I’m going to be doing.

I want to begin with the question of “what would extraterrestrial life be like?”.

 

 
There are many approaches to answering this question, but the one that has become most popular with scientists was first proposed in 1964 by a Russian astronomer, Nikolai Kardashev.

Kardashev wanted to develop a scientific way of categorizing extraterrestrial life. So he came up with a way of categorizing extraterrestrials on how well they use energy around them.

So Kardashev argues that they evolve based on the ability to use energy at different macroscopic levels, so now I’ll explain what that means.

A Type 0 Civilization,

is like the Earth where we use energy in a very limited way. We use fossil fuels such as oil, coal and gas, and other limited energy sources such as Uranium.

These are limited resources found around the planet that we use for energy consumption and they are non-renewable. Competition over the control of these energy sources has led to many wars and misery on our planet.

The dangers of nuclear energy have even threatened our planetary survival.

A Type I civilization,

is able to use energy at a planetary level. It’s able to tap into the energy of the ocean, or of the Earth’s core, or volcanic/seismic activity.

A Type I civilization can even tap into the energy grid of our planet. Our planet has an electrical energy grid as discovered by pioneers such as Nikola Tesla.

There are also other ways in which energy even more subtle flows around the planet. All of these are renewable energy sources which makes them very different to the limited energy sources used by Type 0 civilizations.

A Type I civilization can tap into these planetary energy sources without ever exhausting them, and use them for many purposes.

Type II civilization,

can efficiently use energy from an entire sun. The sun is constantly emitting energy. We know that. We see the light, we feel the warmth. It’s not just the warmth and the light.

The sun is constantly emitting enormous amounts of plasma energy in all directions - 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It never rests. Some of the solar flares, Coronal Mass Ejections coming from the sun are incredible in size.

This is the size of the Earth in relation to the Sun which we know is big.



Look at the size of one of these Coronal Mass Ejections - it’s huge compared to the Earth. If one of those ever hit the Earth directly we’d be in big trouble.

So Type II civilizations can harness the energy of a sun like that.

Now we get to Type III civilizations. For many we are getting into the realm of science fiction - they can use energy from the Galactic Core, and deal with galactic wide energies such as Galactic Superwaves.

Just as our sun is constantly emitting plasma energy that goes out filling our solar system - just as a Type II civilization can use that energy - a Type III civilization can utilize energy emitted from the galactic core - galactic superwaves going in all directions.

Type III civilization,

can create or manipulate black holes. One of the things about the creation of black holes was that Carl Sagan when he wrote his book, Contact, he asked a very famous astrophysicist by the name of Kip Thorne to see if it was possible for a wormhole to be created through a black hole.

And found that yes, it was possible provided that there was something that could keep a black hole open. He called it exotic matter. It was theoretically possible but our science was very far from being able to do anything like that. In contrast, this would be possible for a Type III civilization.

Type III civilizations can also move or engineer entire solar systems, and even create a galactic GPS using pulsars. Pulsars are like galactic beacons. They have a frequency that is pretty constant so you could navigate the galaxy by pulsars. So Type III civilizations can tap into and use Galactic wide energy.

That’s where Nikoli Kardashev stopped in his typology because it was enough for scientists to wrap their minds around these kinds of advanced extraterrestrial civilizations. A civilization that could use the energy of an entire galaxy, there wouldn’t be a need to think about anything more evolved than that.

But of course it would evolve. Life evolves. If life evolves from Type 0 to Type I, and from Type I to Type II, and Type II to Type III wouldn’t it evolve from Type III to Type IV?

Of course, but what would a Type IV civilization be like?

A Type IV civilization,

would be able to tap into energy at a universal level. Not just the galactic core or the energy of an entire galaxy but something that is truly extra-galactic or universal in scope.

As you can tap into energy at a universal level, your consciousness would evolve, naturally!

So you have reached the point where your civilization’s collective consciousness would be very familiar with and can easily tap into universal energy. It would be very obvious for a civilization at that level, because that’s what they are tapped into.

Just as our planetary consciousness is really focused on fossil fuels, oil, coal, etc. Think about it. Our entire culture is fixated on it. We ask what happens when oil prices skyrocket, what happens when the oil runs out? Our whole culture is fixated on that limited energy resource because the way we use energy as a civilization is what is going to have a very large impact on our consciousness.

Similarly for a Type I civilization, they use energy at a planetary level so their consciousnesses evolves on this basis. The same happens as civilizations go through the different levels.

So if we are talking about a Type IV civilization that uses energy at a universal level, their ethics, philosophies and spirituality is going to be focused on universal consciousness, or a universal force or a universal energy. Once you have developed consciousness to that degree that you can tap into and link with the universe itself, you would be able to do incredible things compared to what we are familiar with.

So are there examples of this? There are examples in our science fiction literature.

What I’m going to do is give you a snapshot of what we were exposed to in the Star Wars movies.

When I saw Star Wars for the first time, I was elated. I was so happy with Star Wars because for the first time it talked about something universal. It talked about “the Force” - it was great. Thank God they’ve finally begun talking about something universal that goes beyond technology, beyond what we can utilize for our technologies. That is beyond anything that our culture is identifying with.

That is something that I’m sure many millions, like me, celebrated. All of a sudden it was like new idea entering into our collective consciousness. Now we can talk about the Force, something truly universal.

Star Wars when it first came out, it was an example of how you can train to use this Force, trap into this universal energy that pervades all life. And the Star Wars series has been one of the very few SciFi movies, series or franchises that has talked about this universal energy field that we can learn to tap into with our consciousness.

It was something that broke new ground, and I think is part of the reason why it’s such a big favorite for so many of us who can watch it again and again; because it reminds us that yes, we have that ability! We can do that! We can tap into this universal force.

We know how to do it! Sure, we’ve forgotten how to do it, maybe our society doesn’t encourage it, but we know deep down inside that we know we can do it. That’s why Star Wars was something that was pioneering.

Other sources of literature also talk about ways of tapping into this universal energy field, here we have examples of that in terms of what would a civilization be like. How would it be structured? If you have a Type IV civilization that is able to tap into this universal energy grid, or this field, what would it be like? Would it take on the parameters of a civilization that we are familiar with? We have another version of what a civilization like that would be like.

The Keys of Enoch is a book written by Dr JJ Hurtak. It came out in the 1970s, and he talked about various levels of universal spiritual orders that comprise celestials.

The celestials are beings similar to the Jedi Knights in Star Wars that are able to use energy at a universal level and possess a kind of cosmic consciousness. So Hurtak was talking about these orders, these brotherhoods that exist throughout all planetary systems, throughout all galaxies. Civilizations, in this model, evolve and reach a point that they now become members of a brotherhood or sisterhood that expands throughout the universe.

They comprise beings with a Type IV consciousness where they can tap into the universal energy grid.

One of the orders is the universal Order of Melchizadek. It’s interesting that the Old Testament refers to the Order of Melchizadek in Psalms 110. Melchizadek is someone of major importance since he was the father of Enoch, a very old pre-diluvial figure in the Hebrew scripture.

What I would like to do is talk a bit about celestials, and who these beings are that have this universal consciousness.

How do they operate? What are they like? A really good introduction to celestials is a series of books by Baird Spalding, called Masters of the Far East. He described how 11 scientists traveled to the Himalayas in the early 20th century.

Along the way they were helped by a group of beings that were basically Ascended Masters.

These Ascended Masters had all of the abilities seen in the Star Wars movies. But these Ascended Masters had these abilities fully developed. They could levitate; they could bilocate; telepathy was something they could do very easily; telekinesis - they could raise objects easily.

Within the Masters of the Far East series you read story after story of how these Ascended Masters helped that scientific mission. The mission was there for a number of years, and these celestials or Ascended Masters ensured that Baird Spalding’s expedition could be introduced to the philosophies, to the sacred wisdom of the Far East.

Spalding was certainly incredibly impressed about that and wrote his series of six books about what happened there. The interesting thing about the Ascended Masters was that they described themselves as part of a vast brotherhood, that wasn’t just on the Earth, but beyond as well.

Again you have that idea of a universal brotherhood.

This is something that “Madam” Helena P. Blavatsky talked about in terms of the Great White Brotherhood. She was the first to describe them as this association of Spiritual Adepts. They could do things through the power of consciousness alone - move through space-time, manipulate matter, incredible powers of telekinesis, bilocation, all of those psychic abilities.

These Ascended Masters had these abilities to a very high level. She went into great depth into the Masters. I give this as an example of a civilization - it’s probably more appropriate to call them a brotherhood. That’s why they are called the Great White Brotherhood. There are other terms used such as the Brotherhood of Light.

These are beings who through spiritual development, spiritual discipline, have been able to rise beyond the limitations of the body, thinking of the mind, to truly embrace and connect with a universal energy field so the power of their mind and intent was so focused that they could instantly do things. If we look at ourselves, we have very great difficulty in silencing and focusing our minds - even for ten seconds.

Yet the Great White Brotherhood, or beings that have been able to go through the spiritual discipline and practices, have been able to train themselves to do that. We know it can be done.

There are many examples of those that have been able to discipline their mind to do these incredible things. So we know it can be done, it’s just a matter of disciplining yourself so you go through or rise beyond the point of where you are thinking about silence, to where you actually begin to be silent. That’s where the power really comes in.

One of the quotes that I want to mention was by Charles Leadbeater a theosophist from the early 20th century.

He said:

The Great White Brotherhood also includes members of the Heavenly Host (the Spiritual Hierarchy directly concerned with the evolution of our world), Beneficent Members from other planets that are interested in our welfare, as well as certain unascended chelas.

So Leadbeater was basically putting in a very concise way what the Theosophical Society believed.

The Ascended Masters, the Great White Brotherhood, the Brotherhood of Light, wasn’t just limited to the Earth. This was a Universal Brotherhood of celestial beings.

An example of an Ascended Master is from India - Babaji.

He was described at length by Paramahmsa Yogananda who write that very influential autobiography, Autobiography of a Yogi. I remember reading that about four times. It’s one of those classics that you read again and again. It’s like being in a desert and you find this Oasis and you think you got to drink deeply because there’s a lot of desert to walk over.

Yogandanda talked a lot about Ascended Masters and the beings in his particular spiritual order, Kriya Yoga.

So Babaji was described as living for thousands of years in the Himalayas, and maintains a youthful appearance. That’s something that’s pretty important. These Ascended Masters are not necessarily long bearded men with gray hair but maintain a youthful appearance for a long time.

Personally I think that’s important to keep in mind as we move into these possibilities of a greater connection with the Galaxy and the Universe. Even the aging process is not an iron law of the universe. Babaji and other Ascended Masters illustrate that.

So, to summarize so far. Celestials are highly developed ethical beings that have been described in the literature in many different ways, as Angels, Ascended Masters, Elohim, etc.

The important thing is that they share that one characteristic, that they can tap into to the universal energy grid and work with that energy in developing high states of cosmic consciousness, and manifest things in their lives and around them for the benefit of society.

Now we get to the question of what’s the difference between celestials and extraterrestrial life? I began to talk earlier about extraterrestrial life and the growing scientific interest them. So what’s the difference with celestials?

Well, celestials travel through the universe using the power of consciousness alone, and they are not confined to any one physical location. They don’t need technology to move.

An Ascended Master, one of these celestials, can move instantaneously just by using the power of consciousness. That distinguishes them from these different extraterrestrial civilizations that I spoke about earlier, Type I, Type II etc., that really need technology to be able to move through space and time.

Celestials have attained that advanced state of consciousness - oneness with the universe - and they don’t identify themselves with one particular place in space-time. So if you think about it, because we are a Type 0 Civilization we identify ourselves primarily as American, Australian, Italian, Turkish, etc.

For Type I civilizations it would be a planetary system, from a planet in the Pleiades, or Sirius star systems, and so forth.

These Type IV civilizations would identify themselves with the Universe, they don’t identify themselves with any particular place in space and time.

The interesting thing about literature dealing with extraterrestrial life is that extraterrestrials are often seen in the presence of Masters of Wisdom, Ascended Masters, celestials, whatever you call them.

Also, the extraterrestrials regard the celestials as teachers, as mentors. That’s really fascinating.

Something we need to think about deeply. I expect that most in this audience would almost take it as self-evident that a being of higher consciousness would be revered by those with more highly developed technology.

Most people, however, would ask why would any advanced civilization flying around the universe in starships, be impressed by someone wearing robes and living in a cave?

There are many contactee reports describing how celestials have been interacting and intervening in the modern era to encourage policy makers make better policy when it comes to things like nuclear weapons.

There are examples of this.

The first contactee to report about celestial intervention is George Van Tassel back in the 1950s. Each year he organized major conventions at Giant Rock, California. The biggest one ever had 11,000 people, that was in the early 1960s.

Van Tassel said that the Ashtar Command is a fleet of extraterrestrial ships headed by this being Ashtar who works directly under celestials.

The celestial that is referred to in the literature is Sananda. In the metaphysical literature, Sananda is referred to as a Christ-like being, and Ashtar is representing the executive branch of a Galactic legislature headed by this ascended hierarchy of masters.

So that was very interesting.



It was in 1952 and this is what in fact happened.

George van Tassel relayed information given to him by Ashtar to the US Air Force at Wright Patterson AFB just prior to the detonation of the very first Hydrogen bomb.

Just before it happened, Ashtar advised George Van Tassel to send a message to the U.S. Air Force not to go ahead with this testing of Hydrogen bombs, and instead seek peaceful cooperation at an international level. All this happened around the time of the 1952 Washington flyover which was a demonstration of force by the Ashtar Command. This is something the Ashtar Command was involved in.

Another contactee who gives even more insight into celestial intervention is George Adamski who was first known for photographing spectacular extraterrestrial motherships and their scoutcraft (above image).

So you have there a mothership and these are the scoutcraft coming out of the mothership. He took these back in the early 1950s.

That’s George Adamski (below) having a meeting with Orthon, an extraterrestrial that came out of a scout ship, one of the smaller ships that came out of the larger mothership.



That was back in November 20, 1952.

The date’s important because this was only a few weeks after the testing of the first Hydrogen bomb. The intervention of the extraterrestrials we see that entering a new phase once we have the development of Hydrogen bombs. He described being taken into one of the motherships and meeting one of these masters.

Adamski was sitting at the table with the extraterrestrials on board of their ship when he met one of their masters of wisdom.

This is what Adamski said:

Now as we sat around the table, all eyes turned to the older space man as he began to speak.

Although it was only later that his stature on all planets was explained to me, it was impossible not to realize that I was in the presence of a greatly evolved being, and the attitude of all present clearly indicated that they, as well as I, felt very humble before him.

I learned that his age, in his present body, was close to one thousand years.

So not only was Adamski impressed by this being, this Master of Wisdom, the extraterrestrials also revered him.

It was beyond just one planetary culture that he was revered, but he was revered by many planetary systems. So again that’s an example of this kind of universal brotherhood that spans the Galaxy.

The celestial warned Adamski of the dangers of nuclear weapons, and this is what he said:

Our main purpose in coming to you at this time is to warn you of the grave danger which threatens men of Earth today. Knowing more than any amongst you yet realize, we feel it our duty to enlighten you if we can.

Your people may accept the knowledge we hope to give them through you and through others, or they can turn deaf ears and destroy themselves. The choice is with the Earth’s inhabitants. We cannot dictate.

This is a warning about the dangers of these nuclear weapons, and about the policies we are following as a planetary culture.

Another example is Enrique Rincon from Colombia who was taken by Pleiadian extraterrestrials to meet with a group of 24 contactees in a remote location in the Andes. So here you have 24 other people having experiences with extraterrestrials who were taken to the Andes for training. A kind of ambassadorial training to prepare humanity for the truth of extraterrestrial life.

This is what Rincon said at the end of the training, a culmination of the three days he was up there.

He and the other contactees were taken to meet with a Master of Wisdom or celestial.

The instructor [an ET] approached the entrance to a tunnel carved in the living rock and clasped his hands twice. He retired to one side, and the most incredible Being made his appearance. We were astonished beyond description.

That being looked exactly like Jesus, the Master. I thought immediately that the Pleiadians had brought us here with the purpose of meeting Jesus Christ, who was here again, fulfilling the prophecies…

So this is an example of Pleiadian extraterrestrials with advanced technologies taking someone who they recognized as having potential to embrace their message for the benefit of humanity, to a remote location in the Andes where he meets with someone who lives in a cave.

Importantly, extraterrestrials also revered this cave dweller.

The Master of Wisdom then dispelled Rincon’s belief that he was Jesus Christ.

I am not who you believe I am. My name is a thousand names, give me any, and That I Am. I am ancient before you, not in age, but in knowledge… My name is Age, for I am the Ages and the Time. I am Wisdom, and my name is Wisdom. I hold thirty five percent of universal wisdom.”

That last statement that he said,

“I hold thirty five percent of universal wisdom,” is pretty important.

If you have a society or culture that learns how to tap into the galaxy, or beyond the galaxy into the universe, then what you would value is the ability of those that have learned to be able to access universal energies to be able to channel that creatively for constructive purposes.

You would probably develop a way to measure a person’s ability to tap into universal energy.

This being, was incredible. The Pleiadians recognized and revered this person. For Rincon, this magnificent being was Jesus.

This being said, however,

“I hold thirty five percent of universal wisdom.”

So he is actually saying,

“as exalted as I may appear before you, I am not that really high up in the universal order of things.”

Another contactee example is Luis Fernando from Bolivia.

He met with extraterrestrials from the Confederation of Planets and they had established a base underneath Lake Titicaca, Bolivia. So there’s Bolivia, there’s Peru and there’s Lake Titicaca.

The border between the two countries is there.



Notice the Island of the Sun (Isla del Sol), and a number of small islands throughout Lake Titicaca. I mention those a little bit later. It’s important to remember that this is a vast lake at 13,000 feet in the Andes, and you have islands there.

Luis Fernando was taken to Venus.

This is what he said happened to him:

“After three years of preparation, I was in the middle of the Andes. They told me that at eight o’clock at night a ship was going to come to a valley called "Valle Potosi".

This ship was going to monitor the materialization of the door through which I would be able to get in touch with them, and through which I would arrive at a city not located on this planet, Earth, but on Venus in a valley known to them as… the Valley of Silence.

This is a place where there are concentrated the academy of the spiritual science of this civilization.”

He describes actually meeting with the Venusian Masters of this civilization.

It’s important to point out that this civilization on Venus is not on the surface. He says it’s an interior civilization. It’s within and under the surface of Venus.

Luis did a recreation, an animation of what happened to him.

This is a way to concentrate solar energy and this is how the inhabitants of Venus receive solar energy, and forward it on to other places.

There is vegetation in this valley, and they live subterraneously. Not a dark cave, but it looks like the sky is within the cave itself.

They manifest it when human beings reach this understanding they’ll take the reins in their own hands and change the future. Positive not only in itself, but for everyone else.

The important thing here is that again you had this example of this advanced technological civilization in the interior of Venus, an underground civilization.

Again you had these masters of Wisdom occupying leadership positions.

Luis also talked about how the Confederation of Planets communicated with him. The interesting thing was that he had these experiences. He was taken up and had this experience on Venus.

He was meeting with extraterrestrials from Venus and at a certain point in time they said to him,

“we want you to meet someone. We want to introduce you to someone.

There’s this being who lives right where you are, very close. He is a Master of Wisdom, and a descendent of the ancient Tiahuanaco civilization that was itself a remnant of Atlantis. He is an Ascended Master and we want to introduce you to him.”

So that’s what the extraterrestrials did.

They introduced him to this Ascended Master or Master of Wisdom from the pre-Incan Tiahuanaco civilization. The really important thing to recognize here is that you have an example of a contact experience where the extraterrestrial tells the contactee we want to introduce you to an Ascended Master or Master of Wisdom and he is indigenous to the Earth.

So here you have a couple of examples that I’ve given.

First, with Enrique Rincon with the Andes where you had that Master of Wisdom that the Pleiadians introduced him and the other 24 contactees to.

Second, you have Luis Fernando also being introduced to one living in this area, in this underground forgotten city under Lake Titicaca. That whole region in the Andes is filled with these underground caverns. This is archetypally symbolic of what we have become as a society, as a civilization.

We’ve forgotten about the Masters of Wisdom, we don’t care about them.

We are interested as a culture in advanced technologies, and extraterrestrial civilizations. Now that’s wonderful since it is a mind opening and consciousness elevating experience.

When however you do go down that path eventually these extraterrestrials gently tap you on the shoulder and say,

“hang on, you really need to get in touch with these beings because they’re really special.”

So if the extraterrestrials are telling us that, how long do we have to wait for?

Finally, Luis said that Lake Titicaca is interesting because there’s a Confederation of Planets base there, and there’s also this ancient city established by the remnants of this pre-Inca Tiahuanaco civilization.

In conclusion, celestials are here to help.

Contactees work directly with extraterrestrial groups, and these extraterrestrials are working in tandem with these celestial beings, and helping humanity prepare for some of the challenges posed by contact.

When contactees talk with celestials/Ascended Masters they learn that most intelligent civilizations in the universe are peaceful.

They have a vast brotherhood and they recognize truth-tellers. They recognize the suitability of these Ascended Masters to be leaders of their worlds, of their cultures, their civilizations. No wonder then that you have the authorities scrambling really hard to suppress information like what George Van Tassel was talking about, about the Ashtar Command, the Vrillon message.

Of course, the authorities don’t want us to know about that. They want us to know about a very different reality concerning extraterrestrial life. Our world is being thrust from a very insular shallow planetary civilization where we think it’s only us, to a civilization where we recognize there’s a much bigger reality happening out there.

So we are going through this great change and the scientific community is starting to come on board, thinking about the possibilities of extraterrestrial life. That’s a very good thing. More scientists are talking about what extraterrestrials are like, using the typology developed back in the 1960s by the Russian astronomer Kardashev.

Eventually as we understand the evolution of civilizations from Type 1 to Type III, in future people will begin appreciate that there are Type IV civilizations out there, and ask, what are they like? Maybe an example is these Ascended Masters, Masters of Wisdom, Great White Brotherhood, or celestials.

It’s interesting that celestials are not only found throughout the galaxy, throughout the universe, but they are also here on our planet Earth. Sometimes we lose touch with that reality. We get focused on the possibility of life out there and forget about the incredibly evolved conscious beings that live on the Earth.

Celestials are here to help us rectify the imbalance between technology and consciousness.

That’s one of the things I talk about in my book, Exposing U.S. Government Policies on Extraterrestrial Life. For more than sixty years the U.S. government has been secretly liaising and developing agreements with some extraterrestrial civilizations that are very far removed from this celestial universal consciousness that I’ve been focusing on for much of my presentation.

This is something that has been happening secretly and not been a good thing.

So it’s really important to expose these policies, and this book does that. It’s important to expose because not even the elected governments or even appointed militaries of the United States and NATO countries such as Turkey has control over this any more. It’s become privatized in corporations.

Exposing such policies is what I call in the book the primary “Challenge of Exopolitics.”

So what lies ahead? We will learn that the vast majority of extraterrestrial life is friendly and willing to assist in humanity’s evolution in positive ways, and helping us achieve world peace.

Celestials and more evolved extraterrestrials will assist humanity in transitioning from a Type 0 civilization reliant on fossil fuels into a Type 1 society using free and alternative energy sources.

Along the way, exopolitics will help us develop transparency and wise response to the many different extraterrestrials wishing to provide us technology, and the wisdom of celestials.

We are poised to become a galactic civilization where world peace and universal brotherhood become important markers of who we are to become.

This is our future.
