Earth primary anomaly quantum fluctuations well, or in other words Earth primary anomaly accretion vortex, maintained by the plasma implant grid and supported by plasma strangelet and toplet bomb retaliation mechanisms is the background meta-strategy of the Chimera which maintains quarantine Earth status and still prevents the Event, Disclosure and First Contact.

When the Earth.Moon plasma a doorway is open, both the presence of Light and clearing of darkness get magnified.
Plasma implants were first put into surface humanity population 26,000 years ago. Each time just before an individual was incarnated, he was re-implanted again. In this way, the surface population was kept in amnesia for the whole 26,000 year cycle.
The implants were maintained by implant stations below the surface of the planet and throughout the Solar System, and kept replenished with fresh anomalous plasma from interplanetary and interstellar space.
An implant is a plasma black hole with an approximate diameter similar to the diameter of an electron (10-17 meters). It is rotating in a strong magnetic field which produces an antigravitational effect on the plasma.
The network of implants in the plasma energy bodies of the surface humanity is the deepest hole of the collective subconsciousness and the basis of the planetary plasma anomaly accretion vortex.
The implants in the frontal lobe of the brain compromise the decision making process and keep the person separated from the Source. Bush, and Bill Clinton.
“Obama denies that Extraterrestrials exist,” Will Allen states. “Yet I have precision photographs of extraterrestrial craft coming in to land at an extraterrestrial base under or around the White House underneath the Potomac River.”
By contrast, an official statement on the White House website notes, “The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race. In addition, there is no credible information to suggest that any evidence is being hidden from the public’s eye.”[1]
In any honest court of law, to sponsor such an official misstatement of fact on the White House website would amount to perjury or willful misconduct by the Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. Government.
ET/UFOs fire ray of light or directed energy beam next to White House
President Obama continues officially (and personally) to deny that that he lacks evidence of extraterrestrial life. In July 2010 I reported that White House and Air Force One engineer Will Allen had produced photographs of a hyperdimensional Extraterrestrial space craft in over flight approximately one mile south east of the White House in Washington, DC. The ET craft appears to have fired a ray of light or directed energy beam in the vicinity of the White House.[2]
Mr. Allen stated, “On July 20, 2010 at 3:18:07 AM in NW Washington DC, a relatively short distance from the White House, I imaged a slow moving UFO pulse through the sky, and then [observed the UFO] fire an energy beam which extended from it.” Mr. Allan also states, “I took several stationary images of the stars as I usually do. However, there is one object I thought to be a star, moving and then discharging a beam of light!!!…. There is one frame that does not make much sense? A Star is either moving or shooting a beam of light that is ‘bent’? The motion is not registered with any of the other ‘stars’ in this sampling.”
On July 26, 2010, Mr. Allen sent a video to this reporter and added, “In the ten frames of images [in the video below] are other objects. First are the echoes of the luminous anomaly slightly in front of this object in tandem flight and maneuver. What the luminous anomaly did so did the echoes except they did not discharge a plasma beam? Secondly, it was in pursuit of another object(s). In my analysis, I discovered a luminous red object in flight, however in pursuit of energy distortion, which I have imaged may times, because it follows me? However, in the ten frames the objects mentioned all are perhaps in a tactical posture. Please take a look, the physical data does indeed show ET engagement, and the anomaly is discharging a tactical device. Ironic, it echoes the hyperdimensional UFOs on July 16, 1952/July 16, 2002/July 4, 2002/July 4, 2010/July 20, 2010, Analysis B (quadrant analysis) July 20, 2010.”

Mr. Allen, who grew up on U.S. military bases and now resides in Washington, DC, has stated that at age five he was visited by a group of “four to five grey extraterrestrials in silver spacesuits” who implanted him with a device.
That implant device went undetected during all the years of his military and White House service, and now signals him to go to specific locations in Washington, DC where he is instructed to photograph extraterrestrial craft and personnel that enter P-56A restricted Capitol Hill airspace through hyperdimensional Star gates at extremely high speeds. Mr. Allen, who has reported some of these UFO/ET landings to the U.S. Capitol Police, states that the police have told him his photographs confirm ET/UFO landings their officers are also encountering.
Mr. Allen believes that his photographs, which are forensic in quality, document that the same intelligent hyperdimensional civilization was behind the July 16, 1952 and the July 16, 2002 flyovers of the U.S. Capitol. These UFO/ET flyovers are continuing into the present. It is not unreasonable to ascribe intentionality to the hyperdimensional UFO that performed a dimensional shift into a self-generated Star gate phenomenon and entered Washington DC airspace one mile south east of the White House, emitting a ray of light or directed energy beam.
Mr. Allen appears to be a selected ‘go to’ photographer’ for these advanced hyperdimensional UFO incursion events in Washington DC that have high symbolic value.
For example, Mr. Allen – on cue from hyperdimensional intelligence – photographed hyperdimensional UFOs over the U.S. Capitol in July 2002, 50 years exactly from July 1952 UFO over flights of the U.S. Capitol. Mr. Allan states that, in his opinion, the same hyperdimensional extraterrestrial civilization was responsible for both events.

Mission to Mars: Disinformation to Hide Secret Mining of Red Planet

‘Chad Johnson’ claims to have spent nearly three days on Mars after a nearly eight month journey there and a similar time for the return trip. He says he flew as part of a crew of three U.S. astronauts on a secret Russian and Chinese funded private venture launched out of a remote Chinese region of the Gobi desert. The purpose was to collect rock samples to evaluate the potential for profitable mining operations for future Mars missions.
Johnson came to public attention after he posted the following twitter message in early 2012:
I was part of a team of 3 astronauts that went to Mars on a privately funded secret mission, 2 are now dead, they’re killing us to preserve the secret.
Intrigued by his message, Morgan Kochel contacted Johnson and conducted an interview using Twitter direct messaging system that was published sometime in February 2012 . Johnson claimed that he was on the run to avoid a similar fate to his two fellow crew members and had to communicate by Twitter for security reasons. He told Kochel that “Chad Johnson” was a pseudonym to protect himself and his family.
Kochel’s interview reveals an intriguing story. Close analysis of key elements in Johnson’s alleged Mars mission raises some troubling questions about whether his claims are genuine, fabricated or a mixture of both. Rather than being a genuine whistleblower revealing the truth about a secret mission to Mars, he may in fact be a covert operative attempting to deceive the public about what is really happening on Mars. To get an answer, we need to explore Johnson’s main claims and see whether these stand up to close scrutiny.
Johnson’s main claim is that the trip to Mars lasted a total of roughly 460 days using conventional rocket engines:
Training lasted twelve months, very intense, including psychiatric tests. It took us about 230 days to get there, and slightly less back. We used rocket technology regularly available now. Just bigger tanks and more thrust. Nothing unusual in equipment to get there, but better radiation protection, as you can imagine, due to journey time:
As to how much time he spent on Mars surface, Johnson said:
We were on the surface for about 65 hours, enough time to gather samples and collate gas makeup readings of the atmosphere, and to explore a little bit. Radiation was always going to be an issue, so we had strict allocations of surface time, then we had to return.
Problem is that any trip to Mars using conventional rockets would require at least a three month stay, not less than three days (65 hours) there due to the orbits of Mars and Earth as the following NASA website and diagram makes clear:
Just like you have to wait for Earth and Mars to be in the proper position before you head to Mars, you also have to make sure that they are in the proper position before you head home. That means you will have to spend 3-4 months at Mars before you can begin your return trip. All in all, your trip to Mars would take about 21 months: 9 months to get there, 3 months there, and 9 months to get back. With our current rocket technology, there is no way around this.
With the conventional rocket technologies used by national space programs, it would be impossible for a Mars mission to spend less than three days on the surface before returning as Johnson claims.
Another troubling issue raised by Johnson’s story is the claim that the Russian and Chinese funders used American astronauts:
We spent several months training in close proximity to each other and were all Americans, which surprised me, and it shows how little faith they had in, say, a Russian or Chinese astronaut.
This makes little sense given the large cost and cooperation needed to put together such a secret Mars mission by the Chinese and Russian private funders. If trust was an issue, then this could have emerged at any point and led to breakdown in the secret mission which required several years to prepare and complete. It’s hard to imagine that the private funders did not trust each other sufficiently to perform the mission with their own nationals. This is especially so given that the Chinese government would have had a keen interest in the privately funded secret mission scheduled to launch from its own territory.
Furthermore, Johnson is very vague about his own qualifications to be an astronaut, but quite clear that he was a CIA operative deployed to spy at NASA where he presumably trained as an astronaut. He said:
I went to Portland State, Oregon… and studied math and after a few jobs wound up in the U.S. Air Force… I was seconded to the CIA for about two years; ironically, part of my brief was to observe some of the foreign scientists at NASA…. My CIA days were mainly whilst training at NASA and were evidence of the paranoia the organization had towards any foreign national working in a high security government installation.
Johnson is claiming that not only did the Chinese and Russian private funders hire a U.S. astronaut, but one that was a CIA operative as well! If the Chinese and Russian funders didn’t trust each other, why would they be so naïve about the intelligence background of one of their American astronauts?
Next, Johnson claims that he returned to Earth roughly three months before the February 2012 interview with Morgan Kochel, and then spent six weeks at the Gobi desert facility before escaping. That meant that the mission returned to Earth sometime in November, and escaped around late December 2011:
I was lucky. I spent a few days aimlessly roaming the desert, and then I bumped into one of the many nomadic tribes who helped me get safe passage out of there. I headed for Mumbai, hitchhiking and walking.
Problem with this part of his story is that the Gobi desert is high arid desert with temperatures dropping to extreme lows in the winter months such as December:
The Gobi is a cold desert, and winters are long. Snow, if it falls, can begin as early as September. Below freezing temperatures can occur as late as July. January is the coldest month, and average January low and high temperatures range between -24 and -11 degrees Celsius (-11 to 12 degrees Fahrenheit). However, temperatures in the Gobi can drop to much more frigid temperatures, and lows can reach below -40 degrees Celsius (-40 degrees Fahrenheit).
It’s hard to imagine how Johnson, could survive a “few days aimlessly roaming the desert” in such extreme conditions before finding some nomads that helped him escape to India.
As to what is actually on Mars, this is what Johnson had to say about life on Mars:
I wouldn’t rule out life in previous times on Mars, as certainly there could have been, as we had limited access to any samples…. Also, I’m pretty sure they created a UFO diversion to cover our return. This was a well-funded mission, and I’ll bet some of those who are funding it are in the upper echelons of Russian and Chinese society and capable of pulling off such a stunt. That’s another reason why they wanted us kept quiet.
Something worth keeping in mind here is that Johnson is saying a “UFO diversion” is used as a standard operating procedure to hide secret space missions. He also said:
The atmospherics are not suitable for sustaining life as we know it … too gaseous and thin. The rock formations are fascinating, though. They allude to a previous time where there may have been life or something more sustainable. I just wished we had more time on the surface. That region was perfect since hardly anyone had been there, so nobody bothered to question us.
Finally, Johnson said:
We saw no ET’s, though. This should hopefully make people realize most of what they are told about Mars is fake or simply untrue. The samples we brought back could be worth billions and billions, so a few fake aliens are a brilliant diversion.
This is what really got my attention given the whistleblower testimonies of others that there are bases on Mars used by a secret space program that use advanced antigravity vehicles that travel there and back far more quickly than the nine months needed for conventional rockets. According to Randy Cramer (aka Captain Kaye) the first Mars bases were established in the 1970s and he spent 17 years there from 1987 to 2004 at a military base protecting five civilian bases (Mars Colony Corporation) performing mining operations:
The Mars Colony Corporation was set up in about 1974/1975. My understanding is that we were on Mars the very first time around the mid-60s, but really didn’t try to do anything serious, or really prepared to do anything with that until the 1970s. My understanding is that our first exploratory mission that was sent there to stay any length of time was 1970. Then after a few years it was decided that we were ready to go ahead and establish a Mars Colony Corporation foothold, and set up a few settlements and attempt to do some mining, and extract some resources to make it pay for itself. Apparently that was about 1975, when the Mars Colony Corporation set foot on Mars and started its first mining operation.
More recently we have the testimony of Corey Goode who says that he traveled to a secret Mars base that belonged to an organization called the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) where he saw slave-labor-like conditions there at a corporate run facility conducting mining operations.
The ICC has an entire industrial infrastructure that includes bases, stations, outposts, mining operations and facilities on Mars, various moons and spread throughout the main Asteroid Belt (where a “Super Earth Planet” once existed). They have facilities to take raw materials and turn them into usable materials to produce both complex metals and composite materials that our material sciences have not dreamt of yet…. we would fly down to the [Mars] location where we would be met by 4 to 6 armed guards. We would be instructed not to make eye contact or communicate with anyone for any reason unless it was directly related to the work we were there to do…. We would be escorted directly to the location of the work. The local facilities security team would watch us very closely and then escort us directly back to our shuttle craft after the work had been completed and tested. We were never asked if we would like a tour, invited to spend the night or stay and share a meal with the personnel or inhabitants of the facility. We did however get a chance to see some of the people. They were usually pale, unhealthy looking both physically and mentally and seemed very much like slave labor.
There is also the testimony of “Jackie” who worked for NASA to maintain downlinked telemetry monitors, and claims she saw two astronauts approach one of the Viking landers in 1979. They came from either a nearby base or spacecraft.
The issues I’ve identified above along with the whistleblower testimonies concerning existing mining operations on Mars leads to the question, is Johnson telling the truth about his alleged Mars mission? The Edward Snowden document releases has confirmed what many researchers have long suspected. The intelligence agencies of the five echelon countries: USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand train covert operatives to deceive the public on a range of topics including the UFO issue.
If there is a secret space program with bases on Mars as other whistleblowers have claimed, then this would be an area of UFO research targeted by online operatives. This is supported by Johnson’s claim that the secret space mission he participated in used a “UFO diversion” to hide the truth about its return to Earth. This confirms that deception about UFOs and extraterrestrial life is a standard part of how intelligence agencies operate when it comes to the truth about secret space programs. All this raises the question of whether Chad Johnson is a genuine whistleblower or an intelligence operative spreading disinformation?
Attempts to contact Johnson for answers to some of the questions raised above have so far been unsuccessful. Johnson’s own admission that he was a CIA operative along with unresolved questions raised by his testimony suggests that his “real Mars mission” was not to reveal the truth about a secret journey there using conventional rockets to explore the potential for future mining operations. His real (CIA) mission appears to have been to spread disinformation, in order to hide the truth about secret space programs using advanced spacecraft propulsion systems (antigravity) that have already established mining bases on Mars.

The Gobi is a cold desert, and winters are long. Snow, if it falls, can begin as early as September. Below freezing temperatures can occur as late as July. January is the coldest month, and average January low and high temperatures range between -24 and -11 degrees Celsius (-11 to 12 degrees Fahrenheit). However, temperatures in the Gobi can drop to much more frigid temperatures, and lows can reach below -40 degrees Celsius (-40 degrees Fahrenheit).
It’s hard to imagine how Johnson, could survive a “few days aimlessly roaming the desert” in such extreme conditions before finding some nomads that helped him escape to India.
As to what is actually on Mars, this is what Johnson had to say about life on Mars:
I wouldn’t rule out life in previous times on Mars, as certainly there could have been, as we had limited access to any samples…. Also, I’m pretty sure they created a UFO diversion to cover our return. This was a well-funded mission, and I’ll bet some of those who are funding it are in the upper echelons of Russian and Chinese society and capable of pulling off such a stunt. That’s another reason why they wanted us kept quiet.
Something worth keeping in mind here is that Johnson is saying a “UFO diversion” is used as a standard operating procedure to hide secret space missions. He also said:
The atmospherics are not suitable for sustaining life as we know it … too gaseous and thin. The rock formations are fascinating, though. They allude to a previous time where there may have been life or something more sustainable. I just wished we had more time on the surface. That region was perfect since hardly anyone had been there, so nobody bothered to question us.
Finally, Johnson said:
We saw no ET’s, though. This should hopefully make people realize most of what they are told about Mars is fake or simply untrue. The samples we brought back could be worth billions and billions, so a few fake aliens are a brilliant diversion.
This is what really got my attention given the whistleblower testimonies of others that there are bases on Mars used by a secret space program that use advanced antigravity vehicles that travel there and back far more quickly than the nine months needed for conventional rockets. According to Randy Cramer (aka Captain Kaye) the first Mars bases were established in the 1970s and he spent 17 years there from 1987 to 2004 at a military base protecting five civilian bases (Mars Colony Corporation) performing mining operations:
The Mars Colony Corporation was set up in about 1974/1975. My understanding is that we were on Mars the very first time around the mid-60s, but really didn’t try to do anything serious, or really prepared to do anything with that until the 1970s. My understanding is that our first exploratory mission that was sent there to stay any length of time was 1970. Then after a few years it was decided that we were ready to go ahead and establish a Mars Colony Corporation foothold, and set up a few settlements and attempt to do some mining, and extract some resources to make it pay for itself. Vimanas found in Afghanistan
A group of Special Ops Reservists on a mission in the harsh and hostile terrain of Afghanistan find themselves lost in a Middle Eastern "Bermuda Triangle" of ancient evil.
In Ghazni Province, Afghanistan, a Special Forces team meets CIA Agent Benjamin Keynes, who explains their mission is to find a very important Afghan cleric by the name of Mohammad Aban.
The team leader, Wally Hamer briefs the men to be ready. After being inserted, the team finds a local guide, Abdul (incorrectly pronounced 'abdool' in the film, similar to Abdul's slight mispronunciation of some words due to obvious language barriers), in a village in Southern Afghanistan, where the cleric is from. Together, they go to the mountains, where the cleric has a reputation for hiding.
As they go further into the mountains, they begin to have strange encounters. First, they are ambushed by gunmen, who kill Trinoski. The team returns fire, killing multiple gunmen, but when they check the bodies, they have disappeared.
That night, the team spots headlights of a vehicle approaching. However, the two lights separate and then speedily fly into the sky and disappear. After speculating on what the lights may have been, they radio for a helicopter to resupply them. The next day, they cannot get reception on their radio or GPS.
Their truck, damaged from the ambush, is struggling to move up the mountain. At night, the team hears a helicopter approaching, though they cannot spot it.
As their radio is not working, they attempt to signal the helicopter. As the helicopter, still unseen, sounds to be directly on top of them, the noise abruptly and instantaneously stops, something that shouldn't be physically possible. Meanwhile, the radio picks up what sounds like Farci or Arabic, but no one can understand it.
They cache Trinoski's body so that they can move to a safer position for the night. The next morning, the team finds parts of Trinoski's body strewn out across rocks.
Further up the mountain, they spot strange, triangular markers made of sticks across the mountain's surface. As they continue on foot with their mission in the rocky and barren landscape, fatigue, frustration and confusion take their toll on the members of the team and they come across a cave. Inside, they find an old man who gives them shelter and refills their canteens.
Sergeant Sadler notices that under the man's robes, he appears to be wearing a nineteenth century British army uniform.
Sadler tells the others of a legend of how a British regiment disappeared in Afghanistan's mountains, leaving only one survivor. In the morning Sergeant Cole observes the old man apparently talking to himself. But when he looks through his night vision goggles, the soldier sees a group of men with swords in black robes.
Panicking, the soldier opens fire, accidentally killing the old man. Abdul says they must bury the body, but Keynes orders the team to move on in case the enemy heard them. One soldier, the medic, develops horrible stomach pains.
As he tries tries to drink from a canteen, he finds that it is full of sand, as are everyone else's water containers. Further on, Abdul is surprised to find that there is an entire valley that did not used to be there. The tensions further increase when the team is encountered by a bright light at night. As K.T. and Cole try to flank the light, believing it to be a ruse by the Taliban, they're immediately vaporized.
The next morning, Abdul warns Keynes that they are dealing with a supernatural phenomenon that is beyond human conception, and has deadly consequences; he then commits suicide by stepping off a cliff.
As the team progresses further and tensions among the men increase, the soldiers confront Keynes and demand the truth.
Keynes shows them a recording from his thermal imaging camera and informs them about the real motive. The thermal video shows a triangular object in the desert. Being nearly invisible to the naked eye, it lifts off the ground after three (supposed) men, including Muhammad-Aban, walk to it and vanishes right in front of Keynes' eyes.
It was this object that killed the men.
The CIA monitored this phenomenon for some time and sent Keynes and the special forces team there to further investigate it. The whole time, Keynes has been recording with his special thermal camera and sending the images to Langley via an advanced laser aimed at CIA satellites.
Keynes theorizes that this object originates from an ancient Indian mythology called 'Vimanas', a sort of UFO-related phenomena that occurred when Alexander rode through this area of land as he was conquering, and the bright lights and the ghostly gunmen are associated with it. He also explains that the team is an 'expendable' for the investigation and they will not be rescued, which causes a brief scuffle with the agitated sergeant.
Running out of ammo, water and food the team wanders further into the desert where they finally encounter the Vimanas at what appears to be the location that the British regiment was destroyed.
Sadler, overwhelmed with fear, opens fire upon the seemingly invisible Vimanas only to be vaporized. Keynes flees with Degetau and abandons him later, as is too sick to continue, and later hears his screams before being obliterated by the objects. Exhausted and traumatized, Keynes searches for water.
He encounters an oasis and drinks water from it only to discover the body of Hamer laying next to the water. Unable to grasp the horror, he passes out.
When he wakes up in the night, he hears the distant sound of a helicopter and fires his flare gun. Simultaneously, several flares fire up from the valley. The bright light he encountered earlier re-appears and two beings from it approach him.
As it touches his forehead, he sees visions and hallucinations of various objects and landscapes from his previous encounters, causing him to go into a trance. In the final scene he is shown floating several inches above a bed with a talisman he took from Aban's home in his hand, inside a hospital room, where doctors and a military colonel are observing him through a glass window.
In a trance, he finally whispers, "They will save us all..."

Full ET disclosure plan involves document dumps and whistleblowers coming forward

Secret space program whistleblower Corey Goode has revealed in detail the goal of an alliance of secret space programs concerning disclosure of extraterrestrial life and technology. Goode describes the goal as a “full disclosure event’ involving massive document dumps on a scale that overwhelms the corporate run media’s ability to spin and limit disclosure efforts to protect elite individuals being exposed for crimes against humanity. Goode appeals to other whistleblowers to come forward, as he has, to reveal their knowledge of secret space programs.
From June 5-9, Goode attended a series of three meetings between different factions and alliances concerning how much to disclose about the truth of extraterrestrial visitors and secret space programs using advanced technologies. During his June 9 meeting with human elites he describes as the “Committee of 200” and others, an offer was made for a “controlled disclosure”:
They stated that they had been forced through generations of mind control and threats to do all of the things that they had done. They further stated that they would prefer to work with the Alliances in setting up a new financial system that was fair to all of humanity and to begin a controlled disclosure that would not expose certain crimes and incidents that would incriminate them in their life time…. Taking all of that in consideration they proposed that a plan be agreed on that allowed the release of certain information and technologies while withholding the majority of information for a 50 year time period.
This “controlled disclosure” offer has led to concerns and questions about the kind of disclosure that is being planned by the “Secret Space Program Alliance” that Goode is working with. In his June 15 response to one of these questions, he explained the goal:
A full disclosure event would consist of a major data dump on the Internet with many hundreds of thousands of document, audio and video files on multiple mirrored sites for everyone to have access to. There would be a collapse of the corporate media machine and a 24/7 television and radio education campaign would be initiated .Not all channels and stations would be co-opted so people are not overwhelmed and could “tune out” as they needed to due to the stress.
He then explains what a “partial” or “controlled disclosure” event, such as the November 2015 offer by the Committee of 200, would entail:
If a person or group go public and reveal the existence of ET visitation and some advanced technologies, but not technologies that would collapse a “New Financial System” or reveal the crimes against humanity that have been perpetrated by the “Human Elite” and certain “Off World” or “Ancient Break Away Groups” then you have not been told the whole truth.
That would be a partial disclosure where the narrative has been controlled by a group preserving their power and avoiding the release of their crimes. The majority of the world would be shocked by this information alone and it would occupy their imaginations for some time. Very few of us at the current moment would realize that this was just another deception.
Goode then went on to appeal to other whistleblowers to come forward:
That is why some of us are disclosing what we are now so that other whistle blowers will come forward when they see it is safe to do so.
