New Scientific Study Suggests Advanced Alien civilizations could have existed Before the Big Bang



Professor Roger Penrose from the University of Oxford (UK) and Vaha Gurzadian from the Center for Cosmology and Astrophysics, Alikhanian National Laboratory and Yerevan State University, Yerevan, Armenia have published a cosmic map and identified the places in our universe where Advanced Super-Civilizations could have existed before the Big Bang. In the scientific study, researchers examined the anomalies of the map of the Cosmic Microwave Background, which they interpret as evidence of the existence of technologically advanced societies of a time before the emergence of our universe.

In their revolutionary theory, researchers created a map and marked the existence of possible super civilizations with red dots on the map. They suggest that given the current data it is possible that they might have identified the long-lost habitat of super-civilizations that inhabited the universe before the Big Bang.

The two researchers raise interesting questions on the Fermi Paradox and numerous expectations that arise from it. If our civilization wasn’t the first to have come into existence in our cosmic neighborhood, it is possible that many super advanced civilization predate our very own, preceding advanced life on our planet and technological development by thousands of centuries.

The researchers write in their study published on arxiv.org: “The so-called ”Fermi paradox” [1] refers to a puzzle that arises from an expectation that our own civilization is unlikely to have been the first to have arisen throughout our galactic neighbourhood, and if ours were not the first then, owing to the randomness involved in the timing of factors that lead to its development, the likelihood would have been that our civilization would have been preceded by others having an advantage of thousands of our centuries of technological development. The expectation, then, would be that such enormously advanced civilizations would have had ample opportunity to have either visited us or, at least, sent decipherable signals to us by now.”

According to the theory of cyclic cosmology proposed by Roger Penrose, the history of the universe is much more antique than what mainstream science believed for years and consists of a ‘chain’ of era’s.

First a giant black hole swallows the universe to store energy, after which we have the Big Bang which forms the border between the old and the new era. The two physicists propose that lost ‘Alien’ civilizations would be able to transmit information through the collision of black holes.



According to experts, the discovery of gravitational radiation waves certifies the existence of Supermassive Black Holes in the distant past, which consumed the universe and then exploited for the birth of a new system of galaxies. According to the theory proposed by Penrose and Gurzadyan a big bang meant the transformation of the entire mass of the universe into energy, which was accompanied by a change in the world. This suggests a cyclical development of the universe, where the two scientists propose one era (eon) is separated from the other Big Bang.

In their study, Professor Penrose and Gurzadian write: „In accordance with this interpretation, we conclude that, according to CCC, there was an extremely large and very distant concentration of sources, shown in red in Figure 2 just below the equatorial excluded region, over on the right. Also, there was a comparatively close very large concentration of sources rather near the direction of the north galactic pole, just to the right of the picture. If we are to consider signals from previous-aeon beings, then such regions might well be the most promising places to look, as the CCC-interpretation would be that there might well have been vast numbers of very large galaxies in these places, and consequently a large probability of the development and long-term stability of highly evolved technological societies.”

Jump Room to Mars: Did CIA Groom Obama and Basiago as Future Presidents?

In Part One of this series, it was shown that Andrew Basiago’s run for the 2016 Presidential election is partly based on his belief that he was pre-identified as a future U.S. President in a CIA/DARPA run time travel program called “Project Pegasus.” The Project’s main purpose was to gather intelligence from past and future world events, including the election of upcoming Presidents.

Subsequent to his involvement in Project Pegasus (1969-72), Basiago claims that from 1980 to 1984, he was recruited into a second CIA-led project that involved the use of teleportation technology for travel to Mars. These “Jump Rooms” led to him and others traveling to the Red Planet on multiple occasions witnessing indigenous life on Mars, as well as secret bases there.

In 1980, at the start of the CIA Mars Jump Room project, Basiago claims that he learned that Barack Obama had also been pre-identified as a future President and even Basiago himself was destined to become a U.S. President:

Barack Obama also was told; because when he and I were serving in the Mars Jump Room Program, we were being trained under Ed Dames in the summer of 1980, at College of the Siskiyous, in Weed, California. His Presidency and mine were being openly discussed by who was present …

Basiago further claimed that in 1980, he and Barack Obama actually were roommates while being briefed about upcoming jump room teleportation to Mars:

So, Barack Obama was not only aware of his Presidency when we were being trained in 1980, when he was 19 years old – and just turned 19 in August of ’80 – but when we were rooming together briefly, a couple of days – at the College of the Siskiyous. He was reading briefing documents that they were giving him to groom him for the Presidency. [emphasis added]

Importantly, Basiago is here declaring that the CIA was actively grooming Obama for the Presidency by giving him access to briefing documents. In other words, according to Basiago, Obama is a CIA sanctioned U.S. President.

Basiago is not alone in claiming that Obama was groomed by the CIA to become a future President. Investigative reporter Wayne Madsen was the first to make such a claim in August 2010 in a three part series of articles. He followed this up in a 2012 book titled, Manufacturing a President: The CIA’s Insertion of Barack H. Obama, Jr. into the White House.

Basiago added an unexpected twist to the Obama CIA relationship, Obama’s Presidential grooming began during a covert program involving teleportation to Mars. This predictably has resulted in much controversy over Basiago’s claims, and has led to him being ridiculed as evidenced by a Colbert Report on October 11, 2012 examining his Mars Jump room testimony.

However, there have been other whistleblowers that have made similar claims of teleportation technologies that enable travel to Mars. Whistleblowers such as Michael Relfe and Henry Deacon (aka Arthur Neumann) have gone on the public record to claim that they used similar teleportation technologies for travel to Mars.

Another whistleblower, Corey Goode, claims that teleportation technologies were first developed by Germany and used as early as the 1940s for transporting equipment to secret bases on Mars. He says that these German bases were later greatly expanded in collaboration with the U.S. military industrial complex.

Basiago’s claims about participating in a classified CIA teleportation project to Mars in 1980, is plausible given what other independent whistleblowers have claimed.

If Basiago is correct in his core claims about the two classified projects he participated in, is it possible that he is also correct that Obama was groomed by the CIA to be President during a Mars Jump Room project? If so, has Basiago also been groomed by the CIA to be a future President, and his 2016 election bid is part of a CIA sanctioned disclosure program?

Has the CIA Groomed Andrew Basiago to be the U.S. Disclosure President?

Basiago’s claims have led to much close scrutiny and criticism by veteran UFO and exopolitics researchers. I have critiqued claims by Basiago of being himself the discoverer of life on Mars, which he based on his analysis of Mars Rover images in a paper he published in December 2008.

I found his claims to be both unconvincing and unprofessional for a practicing attorney, because he refused to consult independent image analysis experts to corroborate his paper’s findings. His refusal led to me criticizing him as a “crackpot by design.”

After his initial public emergence in 2008, Basiago came forward again to reveal his involvement in the CIA and DARPA run Project Pegasus in November 2009. He followed this up with his revelations about the Mars Jump Room program in August 2011. To his credit, Basiago has done a lot of subsequent work in finding additional whistleblowers, witnesses and documents to support his controversial claims.

There have been a number of individuals who have come forward to claim that they were also part of the CIA’s teleportation program to Mars. Brett Stillings and Bernard Mendez attest that they were part of this program. They have corroborated Basiago’s claim that in addition to Obama, other prominent public individuals such as Regina E. Dugan, Mary Jean Eisenhower and Admiral Stansfield Turner were also part of these programs.

Basiago has conducted numerous independent investigations to corroborate his testimony, and has given details of additional evidence he has discovered in interviews. Included here are comments by David Baker, a former engineer from the Parsons company.

Baker corroborated Basiago’s account of the different engineers that Basiago claimed to have met who worked at Parsons. This makes for powerful corroboration that Basiago was indeed present during his father’s dealings with other Parsons company engineers in “special projects” that were highly classified.

In reviewing the extensive details and evidence supplied by Basiago over his participation in Project Pegasus and Mars Jump-room projects, I have found little to cast doubt on Basiago’s version of events as he has narrated them. Indeed, the evidence he has supplied to corroborate his testimony is impressive in its scope, and leads to the conclusion that Basiago is sincerely telling the truth about events he personally witnessed and experienced in great detail.

Basiago, therefore, does not appear to be lying when he claims to have worked in classified joint CIA and DARPA run projects dealing with time travel and Mars teleportation technologies.

However, there is an important caveat here which needs to be considered when evaluating his reliability as a whistleblower and Presidential candidate. Basiago is on the record as saying that he and Barack Obama were pre-identified by the CIA as future Presidents. He has said that Obama was subsequently groomed by the CIA to be President. This suggests that Basiago has similarly been groomed, and is part of a CIA sanctioned disclosure program.

Is Basiago part of a CIA Sanctioned Disclosure Program?

It is natural to assume that the time travel technologies used by Basiago, to provide intelligence for the CIA, would also be used for operational security purposes. Among these would be determining Basiago’s reliability, as far as maintaining secrecy in the future was concerned.

Basiago’s later decision, as an adult, to become a whistleblower was almost certainly anticipated very early through psychological profiling. This would have very likely led to the same CIA operated time travel technologies being used to identify him as a future whistleblower.

Basiago says that he heard Donald Rumsfeld reveal plans that he and other Project Pegasus participants would, after completing High School, go the Naval Academy in Annapolis. As a Navy officer, Basiago was to continue working in covert programs as he recalls Rumsfeld saying:

Secretary Rumsfeld was explaining to my father – he literally said: “What we plan to do with the kids is in high school, we’re going to admit them to the Naval Academy, as first-year plebes, when they graduate from high school; and we’ll use that as a pretext for involving them in future project activities.” So there, in 1971/72, they were already planning for what our destiny was going to be in the fall of 1979. And Rumsfeld was aware of what the major plan was.

However, Basiago states that he rebelled against this plan, which he was expected to follow, and chose a civilian life instead:

… my Dad sat me down in high school and told me I was going to the Naval Academy – which I ultimately rejected as an option …

It’s important to keep in mind here that as a 17/18 year old in 1979, Basiago had refused to follow the advice of not only his father, but also a former Secretary of Defense – Rumsfeld held this position during the Ford Administration from 1975 to 1977.

Due to his refusal to pursue a Naval career, psychological profiling would have revealed that Basiago was a future security threat for the Project Pegasus program. This predictably would have led to additional security screening using the time travel technologies, which would have revealed Basiago’s role as a future whistleblower.

Yet during his undergraduate study at UCLA, Basiago says he was recruited into another CIA project. The leads to a troubling question. Why would the CIA ignore the red flag raised by Basiago’s refusal to follow a DARPA/CIA sanctioned career path, and instead reward his rebellion with access to yet another CIA project, this time involving jump-room technologies to Mars?

From his time as a participant in this second CIA classified program, Basiago describes an incident that provides an answer. He says that in 1983, as a 22 year old, he was asked by his CIA handler, Courtney Hunt, to travel to an elementary school to meet with a 10 year girl called Hesper Natalie. Hunt was aware that 27 years later, in 2010, she would help publicly confirm that Basiago had participated in Project Pegasus, and was a genuine whistleblower.


We also have other theories, possibly of what Hunt was doing. Hunt may have had… may have taken Hesper’s name from my Montauk Chair writings – my file that pertained to travelling to the future in the Montauk Chair as a child – and then decided to have me meet her as a child; because then when we met in real time, that would basically improve my involvement in the program.

This is where Basiago reasons that Hunt, along with his father, were in fact “White Hats” in the CIA wanting to publicly disclose the truth about teleportation technologies in the future:

So it may have been actually something basically positively serepetitious [sic] that Hunt was doing to undermine the secrecy of the project. But nonetheless, we not only have one of the Montauk girls here, but we have somebody from my past who knows I’m telling the truth – because the CIA had me go and meet her – what was it, Hesper, 27 years before we met in real time [2010]?

The above quotes need to be carefully considered in evaluating Basiago’s testimony. What they reveal is that Basiago’s handler, Hunt, and therefore the CIA, was well aware of the possibility that Basiago would become a whistleblower and disclose classified programs that he was involved with.

Rather than take steps to prevent this, the CIA would instead actively help him by arranging for meetings to occur, such as meeting Hesper in 1983, so that later in 2010, she would meet him again and therefore support him as a bona fide whistleblower.

This leads to the conclusion that Basiago was identified as a future whistleblower by the CIA, and was therefore exposed to events, people and circumstances that would shape and influence his later testimony. This suggests that Basiago’s whistleblowing activities are part of a long-term CIA sanctioned disclosure program, which is based on pre-identifying and grooming future Presidents.

Inner-Earth Civilizations May Soon Reveal Themselves!

Author and researcher David Wilcock told C2C that an alliance of ancient civilizations currently residing inside the Earth may be soon reveal themselves to the world.

During the formation of all watery planets in the universe, he explained, hollow cavities form below the surface of the crust and have their own biome that features bacteria which gives off natural light.

"What this means is that you can actually live inside caverns in the Earth that have visible light," he marveled.
Based on his research, Wilcock said, "it appears that these cavities are used so that more advanced civilizations have a place they can live while they're managing what takes place on the surface."

Over the span of the planet's history, he said, various advanced societies, such as the Atlanteans, took refuge underground in order to survive tumultuous times and ultimately settled in their new subterranean location.

While the presence of these civilizations has been a part of UFO lore for decades, he contended that the government has direct knowledge of their presence due to accidentally discovering them via clandestine projects aimed at building secret underground bases.



"They'll have these tunnel boring machines and sometimes they break through into someplace they're not supposed to go," Wilcock claimed, "and there's already people there."

Citing the testimony of contactee Corey Goode, Wilcock revealed that the tenuous relationship between the Inner Earth people and those with knowledge of their existence has recently become fractured.

"This military industrial complex had formerly worked with these people and had treaties with them and is now trying to kill them."

As such, these Inner Earth societies have come together in response to the emerging threat and have turned to interstellar entities in the hopes of gaining help in the fight against the forces trying to destroy them.

According to Wilcock, a long sought after meeting between the two groups was finally held and Goode was allowed to observe the exchange. The strange summit resulted in a stunning request from the interstellar entities.

"The Inner Earth people came out of it quite shell-shocked," Wilcock said, "they have been asked to reveal themselves to us as part of disclosure."

Should the subterranean societies comply with the request, he mused, "I think we are going to find out that underground bases are much more extensive than we thought and much more ancient."

Here we need to understand that biochips were massively developed during WW2 in German concentration camps and distributed among the vast majority of human population inside vaccines by WHO since late 1940s. Secret NRO Space Stations to be Revealed in Limited Disclosure Plan


The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) controls cloaked space stations in near Earth orbit that use technologies as much as 50 years ahead of what is found on the International Space Station, according to secret space program whistleblower, Corey Goode. There are plans to publicly announce the existence of these large orbiting space stations as part of limited disclosure scenario to hide the existence of even more advanced space programs that Goode and other whistleblowers claim to have directly participated in.

In the most recent episode of Cosmic Disclosure, Goode reveals what he learned about the NRO’s involvement in running classified space stations that conduct surveillance of both the Earth and the Solar System.

The NRO was recently in the news with its declassification of its involvement in an attempt to set up a manned space station for espionage purposes in 1963. The Manned Orbiting Laboratory, which was to use a Gemini space capsule and a secret corps of military astronauts, would have housed NRO spying equipment.

The U.S. Air Force (USAF) was ostensibly in charge of the Manned Orbiting Laboratory program, but it was really run by the NRO which had been officially created in September 1961 due to an unsuccessful USAF satellite program. From its inception, the NRO’s purpose was to conduct high altitude and near Earth orbit surveillance. The USAF/NRO claimed that the Manned Orbiting Laboratory was cancelled in 1969 because unmanned satellites were far cheaper.

In contrast, the Soviet Union decided to merge plans for military space stations dedicated to espionage with its civilian space program. It placed the first manned station in space with Salyut 1 in 1971. The U.S. would follow soon after with Skylab in 1973; a civilian NASA program, which officially was the first manned U.S. space station according to conventional historians.

Skylab ran until 1979 and was dedicated to scientific research. The world was left believing that the NRO and U.S. military relied solely on spy satellites for conducting surveillance from near Earth orbit.

The U.S. Space Shuttle program began in 1981, and conducted a variety of low Earth orbit missions such as placing satellites in space. From 1979, up until the arrival of the first U.S. astronauts at the International Space Station in 2000, the U.S. did not have a manned station in space according to the official public record. Yet, a passage in the diaries of President Ronald Reagan indicated that there was indeed a permanent U.S. presence in near Earth orbit.


On June 11, 1985, Reagan wrote:

Lunch with 5 top space scientists. It was fascinating. Space truly is the last frontier and some of the developments there in astronomy etc. are like science fiction, except they are real. I learned that our shuttle capacity is such that we could orbit 300 people [p.334].

NASA’s Space Shuttle program at the time held a maximum of eleven people per shuttle, and only five were built for space flight. Even if all five took off fully loaded, it would be impossible to place and maintain 300 astronauts in orbit. Reagan had publicly revealed that the U.S. had a secret fleet of military spacecraft that could send up to 300 people to one or more secret space stations in near Earth orbit.

Reagan’s admission is striking evidence that the NRO and USAF had secretly gone ahead in building permanent manned platforms in space that could conduct intelligence gathering and other military tasks. While the public was notified about the cancellation of the Manned Orbiting Laboratory in 1969, it was not informed that the NRO and USAF had secretly gone ahead with plans for a replacement program.

The NRO is formally part of the Department of Defense, and has been traditionally directed by the Under Secretary of the USAF. In 1982, the USAF Space Command was created, and it became the new institutional cover for secret space stations built in collaboration with the NRO.

Information about the NRO and its surveillance activities in Earth orbit is notoriously sparse. It wasn’t until 1992 that the existence of the NRO itself was even publicly acknowledged. Its association with military spy satellites was initially revealed, but not its association with the aborted Manned Orbiting Laboratory program until the recent declassification.

Goode’s testimony in Cosmic Disclosure sheds much light on what the NRO has been really doing in space. He discussed in some detail the NRO’s role in maintaining manned space platforms in Earth orbit.

In contrast to more classified space programs which Goode and other whistleblowers claim to have worked with that maintain bases on the Moon, Mars, and deep space fleets, the NRO run space program is primarily limited to near Earth orbit missions. Goode said:

There are space stations that are in near-Earth orbit, upper near-Earth orbit, that are a little bit more advanced than the ISS that they’re flying to and from,

Goode insists that personnel involved in the NRO-run space program genuinely believe that it uses the most advanced technologies available to the military industrial complex. He claims that the manned orbital space stations manned by the NRO are effectively a cover program for more highly classified programs that he worked on from 1987 to 2007 that maintain off-world bases and interplanetary fleets.

Goode revealed earlier that the more advanced and highly classified space program called Solar Warden, which maintains interplanetary fleets for solar system wide duties, was set up by the U.S. Navy. In contrast, the less advanced manned orbital spy platforms used by the NRO, were set up by the USAF.

This makes a lot of institutional sense since the USAF is the newest among the U.S. military services. It would be the Navy that would have the institutional history, infrastructure and clout to run the most advanced space program – Solar Warden.

Goode claims that in recent secretive meetings he attended comprising members of a Secret Space Program [SSP] Alliance, there is a plan for the NRO and USAF Space Command to reveal the existence of manned orbital space platforms that are capable of maintaining hundreds in space.

If they were to do some sort of disclosure and say, this is our secret space program, as a way to trick us and show these craft, these space planes and these space stations, yeah. We would think they’re pretty advanced. But they’re probably up to 50 years more advanced in the International Space Station.

The goal of the partial disclosure plan is to distract the public from the more damaging revelations by Goode and other space program whistleblowers about off-planet bases, space fleets, and trade with extraterrestrial races. The public will be told that all UFOs are in fact spacecraft belonging to the NRO and USAF Space Command.

The following is a short Q and A, which I conducted with Goode by email on December 18, which elaborates on the NRO’s role in a limited disclosure initiative:

Q: 1. Has the NRO been designated as the point organization for a limited disclosure initiative by the Cabal/Illuminati/Earth Syndicates? 2. I recall you saying that the lower level military intelligence types walked away from the SSP Alliance. Did that include the NRO and is indicative that they plan to move forward with their own disclosure scenario?

A: Yes, the “Black Op’s Military”/”Intelligence” SSP which is under the control of the NRO, DIA and other agencies that have removed their few representative members from the SSP Alliance.

It is said that their SSP’s vessels, space stations and platforms/bases may become a part of a partial disclosure narrative which may also include more “accidental” images being captured from NASA’s live feed video.

Whichever partial disclosure narrative that is finally negotiated will be spoon fed to the public.

This “pre-disclosure preparation process” was said to already be underway through possible new whistle blowers (that are currently being “prepped”) as well as mass media (more MSM News stories, Movies, TV Series, Commercials, Video Games etc…) that will mirror more and more of the “Ufology Lore” most of us are familiar with.

If Goode is correct, secret space stations controlled by the USAF Space Command and the NRO are likely to soon be revealed to the world in a partial disclosure initiative. Such an announcement will predictably shock mainstream media and the scientific community over the advanced space technologies secretly used for decades.

It is important to keep in mind, however, that such a disclosure is designed to hide the existence of even more highly classified space programs. These more advanced programs, which date back as far as the Second World War era, have fleets of interstellar space craft and conduct extensive diplomatic relations and trade with extraterrestrial civilizations.

Obama Signs Law Protecting Corporate Crimes in Space until 2022


On November 25, President Obama signed into law a bill that provides Federal legal protection for U.S. corporations involved in space mining. Obama’s action is presented as protecting U.S. corporate interests for space mining ventures anticipated to begin around 2025. Yet there is compelling evidence that the true intent is to protect corporations, up to the end of 2022, from prosecution for their ongoing criminal abuses in decades-long secret space mining operations.

Advocates of the U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act (H.R. 2262 aka the “Space Act of 2015”), believe it enhances the competitiveness of U.S. corporations by cutting away government regulatory power in the birthing of new industries in space such as asteroid mining.

Republican Presidential candidate, Senator Marco Rubio said:

Throughout our entire economy, we need to eliminate unnecessary regulations that cost too much and make it harder for American innovators to create jobs. The reforms included here make it easier for our innovators to return Americans to suborbital space and will help the American space industry continue pushing further into space than ever before. I’m proud the final bill includes proposals I had previously introduced in the Senate, including one related to commercial recovery of space resources.”

The Space Act provides an eight year window for space industries to develop a “safety framework” before federal regulation, if any, becomes applicable as the following section explains:

(8) INDEPENDENT REVIEW.—Not later than December 31, 2022, an independent systems engineering and technical assistance organization or standards development organization contracted by the Secretary [of Transportation] shall submit … an assessment of the readiness of the commercial space industry and the Federal Government to transition to a safety framework that may include regulations. [emphasis added]

The Space Act goes on to describe that the organization contracted by the Secretary of Transportation will evaluate in developing a “safety framework” based on “industry consensus standards” that includes hiring practices:

As part of the review, the contracted organization shall evaluate—

“(A) the progress of the commercial space industry in adopting voluntary industry consensus standards as reported by the Secretary …

“(B) the progress of the commercial space industry toward meeting the key industry metrics … including the knowledge and operational experience obtained by the commercial space industry while providing services for compensation or hire;

Basically, space mining corporations have a free pass until 2022 to do what’s necessary to establish “a safety framework” that will govern their industry, including labor standards.

It’s important to emphasize that the language of the Space Act is clearly designed to apply federal regulations, “if any,” after safety standards have been proposed and adopted by the space mining industry in consultation with Congress and the Secretary of Transportation.

This means that all space mining activities up to 2022 are free from any regulatory measures. Perhaps more important is the fact that the Space Act is retroactive in terms of everythingregarding space mining activities occurring prior to 2022, with all past activities also exempt from federal regulation and any government oversight.

Contrary to widespread public perception that space mining is something that will occur a decade or so in the future, there is disturbing whistleblower testimony suggesting that there already exists a very profitable and flourishing space industry. It’s existence has been among the most highly classified secrets kept by the U.S military intelligence community.

Corey Goode has caused quite a stir in the alternative media and exopolitics communities with his claims regarding secret space programs abusing workers and being involved in a galactic slave trade. His claims have been examined in a series of articles (see here and here) where significant circumstantial evidence has been cited in support of them.

According to Goode, space mining involving U.S. corporations has been secretly run since the late 1950’s with the ongoing criminal abuse of workers who have been deceived, exploited and/or physically abused. In short, reported slave labor conditions exist in space mining operations going back to the 1950s.

Perhaps even more disturbing is Goode’s claims that these space mining operations were done in collaboration with a breakaway German group associated with the advanced aerospace programs of Nazi Germany. As is well established historical fact, the Nazis pioneered the use of slave labor in advanced technology programs.



In his latest interview on Cosmic Disclosure, released today, Goode describes how space mining operations progressed beyond secret German bases on Mars, to the asteroid belt, the moons of Jupiter and elsewhere in the solar system.

The raw material gathered in these mining operations were taken back to Mars, and processed into finished products for a high tech manufacturing industry. In the decades since the first German colonies on Mars in the 1940s, Goode claims that U.S. corporations have become integrated into a joint venture with the breakaway German group that is called the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate.

The high tech products on Mars are now part of a flourishing trade, which according to a report by Goode, involves up to 900 different extraterrestrial civilizations. The bulk of these products derive from the use of slave labor in manufacturing centers on Mars, or remote mining locations in space.

If Goode’s incredible claims are true, then clearly government regulatory power should be significantly enhanced to prevent corporate crimes in space, especially when U.S. corporations are involved. The Space Act, however, does the precise opposite insofar as it explicitly gives corporations up to 2022 to develop a “safety framework” that includes the use of labor. Why?

While much of the Space Act deals with encouraging corporations to invest in space activities by cutting government regulatory power, there are sections of the bill that appear to go far beyond this.

An earlier article discussed Section 51302 of the Space Act that raised concern about the real intent of the Act. Most attention was given to the following:

(a)In general.—The President, acting through appropriate Federal agencies, shall …

(3) promote the right of United States commercial entities to explore outer space and utilize space resources, in accordance with the existing international obligations of the United States, free from harmful interference…

According to Timothy Nelson, an expert in Space Law, “free from harmful interference,”

… mirrors the United States’ own obligation, in the OST [Outer Space Treaty], to safeguard against activity by its own nationals that “would cause potentially harmful interference with activities of other States Parties in the peaceful exploration and use of outer space, including the Moon and other celestial bodies.”

Nelson’s suggests one meaning of the phrase is to ensure other corporate entities or individuals that interfere with space mining activities of a corporation, could be sued in a U.S. Federal Court.

In addition, the phrase “free from harmful interference” also suggests space mining operations would be free of the kind of scrutiny such an industry would normally receive from both domestic government and/or international regulators up until 2022.

The language of the Space Act goes well beyond what its proponents, such as Senator Rubio and others argue, in terms of cutting bureaucratic red tape. It is one thing for a space mining company not to have to comply with complex NASA regulations concerning space launches in order to be competitive with international rivals. It is an entirely different matter for a U.S. corporation not to comply with U.S. labor standards in conducting off-world operations.

While Space Act proponents might be forgiven for dismissing the idea that future U.S. space mining might exploit slave labor, the same cannot be said for a decades-long classified corporate program, which has been accused by Goode and others of doing precisely this.


It’s worth emphasizing that when Goode first came forward in early 2015 with claims that slave labor was being used at bases on Mars, the asteroid belt and elsewhere in the solar system, there did not appear to be much evidence in support of his claims of a decades-long secret corporate space mining operations.

Indeed, space mining seemed to be at least a decade away from becoming a reality as far as the general public was concerned. Yet, legislation has now been quickly passed concerning space mining with little public awareness or debate.

The quick passage of the Space Act suggests that it was designed to give an eight year window (up to 2022), for those involved in corporate crimes in space; to either cover-up past misdeeds to escape prosecution, or to relinquish power in secret negotiations in exchange for legal amnesty.

Here are four reasons why passage of the Space Act can be concluded to be related, at least in part, to Goode’s claims that corporations have been using slave labor in space for decades.

First, at the same time as Goode first made public his incredible claims, the U.S. Congress first began discussing legal protection for a ‘future’ space mining industry. On March 19, 2015, the “Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act of 2015.” was first introduced to Congress. 

The “Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act” was eventually incorporated into the larger bill, “H.R.2262 – U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act” as Title IV. It was the latter bill that was passed by the House of Representatives on November 17, by the U.S. Senate on November 10, and signed into law by Obama on November 25.

It appears to be an extraordinary coincidence, given Goode’s claims, that legislation would be passed to protect space mining, which is more than a decade away from becoming, a reality, according to conventional public knowledge about corporate activities in space.

Second, the introduction of legislation to protect space mining as a future industry where a “safety framework” would be developed and put in place by 2022, with no government regulations until then, is highly suspicious.

Why was language written into the Space Act protecting corporations from “harmful interference” and the relevance of any labor standards until 2022? The Space Act provides legal protection to corporations that have “voluntarily submitted” to U.S. Federal Court jurisdiction over their space activities, which may have minimal or abusive labor standards, up to 2022.

For example, in the case of a space mining corporation that has imposed slave labor working conditions in past secret operations, the “free from harmful interference” clause suggests that international organizations such as the International Criminal Court would not have the power to directly intervene.

Basically, owners and managers of space mining operations could voluntarily submit to U.S. jurisdiction, and would henceforth be protected under U.S. Federal Law from international organizations investigating them for using slave labor up until 2022.

A third reason is that a number of international legal scholars have pointed out that the Space Act is potentially illegal insofar as it contravenes the 1967 Outer Space Treaty, which explicitly prohibits the commercial exploitation of outer space. Article 1 of the Treaty says:

The exploration and use of outer space, including the moon and other celestial bodies, shall be carried out for the benefit and in the interests of all countries, irrespective of their degree of economic or scientific development, and shall be the province of all mankind. 

Clearly, corporations mining space for commercial reasons are not doing so to benefit “all mankind” but acting for their bottom line. If Goode’s claims are true, then it appears that the U.S. Space Act is designed to protect corporations that have been willfully violating international law since at least 1967 in conducting space mining operations for commercial reasons.
The final reason to consider is that on June 11, the British Interplanetary Society began a two day meeting on: “How to Overthrow a Martian Dictatorship” according to a BBC news article. The meeting envisaged a Mars colony ruled over by a ruthless dictator who trampled on the rights of workers in a futurist society controlled by a corporation. The dictator needed to be overthrown without destroying the colony itself. According to the author of the BBC article published on June 22, Richard Hollingham, the meeting brought together 30 prominent scientists, engineers and philosophers who took their “task seriously,” only “two short blocks from the London headquarters of Britain’s security service, MI6” thereby hinting at official support for the meeting.

Coincidently, Goode released a report on June 22 detailing an alleged inspection tour he conducted with another whistleblower of a secret manufacturing colony on Mars. Goode’s report described a tyrannical program manager that exploited workers, and would not tolerate even mild criticisms for visitors.

The similarities in the scenarios discussed at the June 11/12 British Interplanetary Society meeting, and independent June 22 reports by Goode and Hollingham, suggest that key figures in Britain’s scientific establishment are preparing for future disclosures about secret colonies on Mars and elsewhere that have been run as corporate dictatorships by megalomaniac tyrants that have been abusing workers for years.

How to remove these Mars Colony dictators without them killing off their personnel and/or destroying their valuable facilities is a problem that British and other national policy makers will soon have to confront.

The Space Act provides a means whereby these hypothetical “Mars dictators” could be persuaded to relinquish power. Essentially, the owners and/or managers of manufacturing or mining bases throughout the solar system will be given amnesty if they surrendered control of their facilities before 2022.

While Obama’s signing of the Space Act into law is apparently designed to protect U.S. corporate interests for space mining ventures anticipated to begin around 2025, part of the true intent appears to be to protect corporations from their criminal abuses in decades-long secret space mining operations.
