We, the Divine Feminine, now rise as a radiant force, called to nourish, connect and uplift our sisters with a sacred responsibility to heal and transform the world – a mission intertwined with the rise of the Divine Masculine, for we must meet in wholeness and ascend together.
Our power flows from our depths, but it demands that we first release the deep-rooted sexual trauma that has bound us. We acknowledge and renounce the distortion and misuse of sexual energy as a destructive force that has deeply scarred this planet through exploitation, objectification and disconnection. This harm has wounded our bodies, hearts, and spirits, and we see its echoes in the Divine Masculine as well. We reject its commodification, its violence , and its severance from the heart. We choose instead to honor our sexuality as a holy, creative force – a divine spark that kindles connection, joy and life. With unwavering resolve, we embrace our responsibility to face these shadows, to heal, and to reclaim our sacred essence. This healing is the foundation for mutual restoration.
Our healing is a sacred duty, not only for ourselves, but for the harmony of all. We grieve the wounds inflicted upon us and our sisters, holding a healing space for pain without letting it define us. With steadfast courage, we unravel the chains of shame and fear through meditation, self-compassion and deeply trusted sisterhood. We must reclaim our bodies as Temples of Divine Light.
We forgive ourselves and each other for our pain-based behaviours that resulted from carrying the weight of unaddressed sexual trauma. With fierce love, we now release those who perpetuated it, fully freeing our spirits. Intentionally beginning this healing journey is our sacred responsibility. This transformative act liberates us to fully embody our power and prepares us to meet the Divine Masculine in their own rise and healing, whole and unburdened.
Therefore, in the Highest Love, this meditation and decree have been created, and we invite you to join us on this sacred journey to wholeness.
Here are the instructions:
1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.
2. State your intent to use this meditation as a tool for healing from sexual trauma in order to fully embody the Divine Feminine and to support and stand beside the Divine Masculine in this critically important time of planetary liberation.
3. Call upon the Violet Flame to place a circle of protection around you, during and after the meditation. Ask it to transmute anything that does not serve the Light. While sitting in this Violet Flame circle, for additional protection, visualize a golden Flower of Life sphere surrounding your energy field.
4. Call upon your beloved Family of Light, your Soul Family, and all of your guides to bear witness and hold you in their love as you sit in this harmonious space of pure Light.
5. Now, as you sit within the Violet Flame circle, surrounded by the golden Flower of Life sphere, see yourself holding a single, long-stemmed red rose.Hold the rose between your palms and place it over your heart chakra. Breathe in the scent and divine essence of the rose, allowing it to overflow your physical body, and then all your energy bodies, permeating the entire area within the Violet Flame protection circle. You are now enveloped in the sacred and mystic energy of the Rose. Breathe this energy into your body for a few minutes, feeling a deep healing and peace beginning to take root within you.
6. Now, visualize a Rose Red pillar of Light coming from the Galactic Central Sun, through our solar system, through you, and to the center of the earth, then a Rose Red pillar of Light from the center of Earth going through you, our solar system, and back to the Galactic Central Sun. You are now sitting in two pillars of Rose Red Light, the Light flowing in both directions.
7. Call upon the presence of the Goddess, the Divine Feminine that you resonate with most, such as Goddess Isis, Mary Magdalene, or Quan Yin. Know that you are divinely held and protected by the Goddess Herself, and no further harm shall come to you.
8. And now, state the following decree, out loud if possible. If you feel yourself needing to cry or release emotions as you speak these words, it is ok to pause, allow space for that, and then continue with the meditation.
“I AM a Sovereign Being of Light.
I AM a Sacred Vessel of Divine Feminine Energy.
I AM a Chalice that fully embodies Divine Love and Sacred Sexual Energy.
I decree and I command that all energies of sexual trauma, perpetration and distortion be removed from my body. This includes all my energy bodies across all times and all planes of existence.
In the sacred presence of the Goddess, I renounce all disharmonious sexual energy, and I fully clear this within every fiber of my being NOW.
I hereby claim my Womb, my sacred life force and essence, and I hold Her with love, deep within my being.
I claim my innate Purity, Love and Innocence.
I release all wounding, pain, and shame and place my sacred healing journey into the loving arms of the Goddess, Here and Now.
So be it and so it is.

This vow is our sacred commitment to sow only seeds of pure divine love, cultivating relationships rooted in reverence, safety and soul intimacy. As we weave the legacy of healing, we invite the Divine Masculine to join us, so that together we may fully embody sacred and Divine Union.
Our responsibility to nourish, connect, and uplift extends beyond us. We pour love, wisdom and encouragement into those around us, nourishing hearts with kindness and fostering hope. We forge bonds of trust and vulnerability, building homes and communities that pulse with shared purpose. We uplift our sisters, never competing, for their Light strengthens our own. We extend this same support to the Divine Masculine, honoring their growth as vital to our collective rise. We hold space for their healing, celebrating their strength and vulnerability. For we acknowledge that our wholeness requires theirs.
And as the Divine Masculine rises, we meet them in our fullness – our hearts open, our spirits healed, and our shared power reclaimed. Together, we rise not in opposition, but in harmony. We rise, balancing softness with strength, intuition with action, and love with courage.
Our commitment, connection and support are offerings to this sacred partnership and a living testament to our shared divinity. We, the Divine Feminine, embrace this responsibility with grace and fire. Hand in hand and heart to heart with the Divine Masculine, we weave a tapestry of unity and wholeness that transforms and heals our beloved Gaia, Now and Forever.
